Waterscape A623 ~ Lazy River ~ Pools ~ Beach Svc ~ Partial Gulf View

The beach view is very limited. Kitchen had adequate supplies. Could use a small skillet and a pitcher to be added. Otherwise it had what we needed. The condo was very clean, the communication was excellent.

Best stay ever. Great location, facility, beach, restaurants, etc. Excellent customer service provided also. Love love love. Highly recommend

This place is wonderful. The property is well-designed and built with children’s fun in mind. The unit was great. Clean, great set up, and the owners have given you everything to get started. Check-in was absolutely painless. I would undoubtedly stay again.

Stay was great lil hot in the day time in the unit but everything else was awesome.

This was the perfect condo for our family of 5 while we were in Destin for my son's baseball tournament. Most of his team stayed at Waterscapes, which was convienent! We have 3 teenagers and they slept comfortably in the bunk beds and extra master bedroom. We enjoyed being right on the beach and having 2 beach chairs and umbrellas included in our stay. There were a few times where I needed to get in touch with the property managers and they responded to my texts every time within a couple of minutes. I also appreicated that they continued to check in with us throughout our stay to make sure that we didn't have any issues or to ask if we needed anything.

Such a beautiful room! The moment we walked in we were blown away by the room. The giant mirror hanging in the dinet made such a difference. The kitchen was beautiful and had everything we needed to cook all week. Kids room is such a nice touch!

We enjoyed our spring break trip at this beautiful condo. Everything was as advertised, very clean, and had everything we needed for the week. The property is well maintained with plenty of activities for the kids and within walking distance to great restaurants and the beach. The communication with the owners was quick and they were very helpful.

It was unusually warm weather for a fall visit. We had a wonderful relaxing visit with no crowds at the facilities and the condo was on point as usual. There have been a few upgrades to the facilities which is nice. We will definitely be back as soon as possible.

Our family vacation at Waterscape was amazing. We love this condo. This is our second year in a row to stay here.

Great place to stay with kiddos. We have a 4 and 1 year old and this was prefect. Great condo, lots of space, beds and bathrooms. Super short walk to beach and pool which was a must for us. Beach service was nice to have. Beach was beautiful. Kids enjoyed the splash pad and hot tubs. Restaurants and grocery stores very close.

This was a very clean property that had close access to the parking garage. All communications with the property manager was quick and easy. Our family had a great time staying in this property and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We rented two units (A623 and A625) and that was perfect for our family of twelve (ages1-66). The accommodations were great!

This condo was beautifully decorated with modern upgrades and fully equipped with anything you might need. We had one minor maintenance issue that was promptly taken care of. Getting in touch with the owner/manager was easy and responses were fast. Waterscape is a great location for families with children and i would recommend this unit.
