Waterscape #A510 | Gulf View + Lazy River!

Great property and view of the pool and ocean. The kitchen is well equipped. The beds in the two bedrooms need to be replaced. We had a wonderful week and would return again.

When questions arose we sent them a message and they were very quick at responding and answering our questions

This is our 2nd stay at Waterscape but first time in this specific unit. Overall we enjoyed our stay, just a few things to mention. Very small kitchen with no pantry storage so if you have lots of snacks, etc there is nowhere to store it and there’s minimal counter space. There is a coffee maker but it would’ve been nice to know if it was a regular one vs keurig. There are no pot holders, all the pots and pans stick, the dryer doesn’t work well so you have to dry the same load of clothes at least twice, three times if it’s towels. The front door doesn’t shut easily, you have to pull or push it shut when you leave. There was a stain in the master shower on the ceiling that looked like mold and the toilet in master bath is loose. When we first arrived we noticed the floor was dirty because our feet were black just after a few minutes of walking around. The only smart tv is in one of the bedrooms, not in the living room where it would be expected. The bed in the master room is very loud! You can’t turn over without it sounding like you are moving the whole bed. Lastly, to be “family friendly“ there’s no kid friendly anything (dishes, games, etc) . I would also consider changing checkout to 10am or later.

This property and location was perfect! The deck was great to sit out and have coffee in the mornings, see the ocean and hear it. Pool was directly below which was nice watching all the kids activities. The condo was spacious and fully stocked with utensils and cookware. Only down fall was property only providing enough toiletries, dish soap for 24 hours. No hand soaps. Extra expense to plan for. Dryer was not good. A load of towels took 6 times running. If you only put 2-3 towels in then they’ll dry after twice running. Mold in the ceiling of the shower, and vents, lack of extra bedding, tv was outdated in master bedroom, no batteries in the remotes. Would stay here again. Again the location, made it worth it! Responses to questions were prompt!

Great place. Clean. Pools are awesome. Overall great place. Would stay again. The dryer needs replaced.

Well-maintained and outfitted condo. Good view of beach and pool. Highly stressful check-in with Southern Vacation Rentals when door code didn’t work, took 2 phone calls to resolve. New mattress needed on queen size bed, way too soft.

We really loved the view and how clean the property was! The kitchen was well stocked with supplies all we had to bring was food. We really loved how the rooms were spacious and with their own bathrooms. The kids loved the pools and how easy it was to get to the beach. We will definitely be back!

The location, property amenities, and view are fab. Although this particular unit isn't well stocked in kitchen. The space is too little if you are cooking and the dryer barely works. I had to dry our towels multiple times to get them dry.

We stayed in A510 at Waterscape in Fort Walton Beach over Easter holiday. Our family of four had a great time. The unit was clean enough and had all the utensils we needed to cook our meals. We had a great view of the pool area and we could see the beach and ocean. Our only complaint was the tv in the living room is old and the screen has weird lighting inside the screen. Not a huge deal but that thing should probably be replaced. The pools were all great albeit the water a little cold in mid April. The beach was the best I’ve ever seen. Awesome sand, nice waves, shallow water for kids. And we found beach chairs with umbrella with no problem every morning (complementary for our condo). Overall a really nice time. We would definitely go back to this unit/ property.
