We couldn’t get into our room when we arrived.

Our stay for Labor Day was good.

Communication with the 3rd party management was terrible. I emailed with a request for early.check.in or.of not available could we get our bracelets left, no one responded. I get there and then am told just check in is 4 we can't help you. Not helpful at all! Then they kept emailing me to sign more papers, that morning and kept saying I didn't have this or that complete when I did, and had been finished. I finally sent a picture of their verification I was all set for them to quit texting me. Lastly, finally at check on it took 3 door codes, 3 phone calls, and 10 texts to have the unit working. It was almost 6 pm so 2 hours last the time my codes should have worked

Dryer did not work, lights out in shower, mold in bedroom ceiling and walls, gave us the wrong room entry code, so took forever to get into our room well after 4pm. Love Waterscapes, but this property owner is terrible. After the complaints they never even offered a discount

Has everything you need for great time

This condo had everything for my family and I. It was very affordable for the 7 days and 6 nights we stayed. It was also nice to plan this trip and payments with the deposit and then given time to pay the rest 30days before your stay, so that was great planning as well. We enjoyed having the amenities of the kitchen to cook dinner for the family and enjoyed being able to all to sit at the table. The rooms were well set up as well and I have 4 children and they were able to get good nights sleep. I can only recommend this condo to anybody. The pool is a dream for kids when you want to stay in from the beach and had grills to bbq. Accessing the beach was easy as well and we were given two beach chairs and umbrella with our stay which is great when you are traveling and don’t have to bring that with you. This does reflect the owners of the condo, we did have some troubles with getting into the condo due to the code not working and calling customer service was long and they couldn’t help us really, once we used the texting option we received a new code and were in the condo within mins. Again I can only recommend this to anybody looking for a family vacation spot!

We had a little hiccup when we first checked in but called the number and was able to fix it within 10 minutes. Everything was perfect for us when we got there. The pool was amazing and we were close to the beach and watched the sun rise and set every day. Will definitely stay here again.

This rental is right next to the parking garage which was convenient but could be a little noisy at times. The condo was as described. There were some minor upgrades needed such as working drawers in the bedroom (would have prefer not living out of my suitcase). The master bed wasn’t very comfortable. Had all the amenities we needed.

This was a great experience and so much to do around the area. Definitely nice to stay in Ft.Walton away from Destin.

We enjoyed the resort and beach very much! I was unaware that the room was RIGHT next to the parking garage…although this was a perk when loading and unloading the vehicle at arrival & departure, this was also a nuisance. Noise was terrible between guests coming and going and ALL of the horns/car alarms going off!!!! Not much sleeping in allowed! The master bed was also very squeaky any time that you moved to get in/out of bed. There were some bugs in the kitchen cabinets, so make sure you wash dishes before using them (but then again you are in Florida). Only other thing to make note of…dryer takes about 3 cycles to dry towels-bring extras ? Great host and exceptional communication!
