Loved easy access to pools and beach. Apartment is close to parking and elevators,so super convenient. Beds and couch were comfortable, pillows were a bit hard not fluffy. Kitchen had most everything needed for simple meals. Would stay again

Overall great stay. We picked this specific unit based on its location. We have 4 children under the age 6. So, we definitely wanted a floor unit and to be directly by the toddler splash area. It does create a long walk to beach, but we didn't mind that. The unit was clean and equipped with what it stated it had. As far as our unit and David, things were great. As far as the resort, we were stopped multiple times a day to ask about our wristbands yet we had them on from the moment we arrived. My entire family. One time we were stopped and 3 women next to me in the pool had on none. As if he didn't see them. I thought that was very strange. A bit annoying as we were literally wearing ours. How can you not see them? I observed so many not even wearing theirs. Strange. The grills were eh, okay. We had issues with two. Our unit had a trash can outside of the door and people from their units kept leaving their trash bags every single day next to it when the trash chute was RIGHT around the corner. I mean so much trash left right outside of our condo door. Trash that was NOT ours. We took ours to the chute every single time. Strange. Again, our host was great and helpful. The resort, itself, was okay.

Absolutely perfect! The location of this condo is wonderful if you like to be close to the parking garage. It made getting luggage out, groceries out and simply coming and going convenient. The walkout from the patio to the pool and beach area is wonderful. I love that we didn't have to wait on the elevator. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean and we had ample storage space. We can't wait to go back!

Wonderful vacation and resort! Second time going. First time in this room and it was great and fit our family well with the location! Highly recommend!

We love staying at waterscape when we visit the beach. The amenities are unbeatable, and this unit was updated and very nice. They’ve automated the checkin/checkout process which saved time and was very convenient. Speaking of convenience, it’s a short walk from the parking garage and you can step right out on the patio and head straight to the pools. It’s a literal hop, skip, jump from the splash pad if you have littles in your group. The host was on point with their communication and very easy to work with! We will definitely be back!

Truly wonderful stay.

Overall it was great! The air vents could use a good cleaning and the showers had a little mold but overall it was nice.
