Stayed Mar 29, 2025We took a family vacation at Waterscape with our young kids who kept saying that each day was the best day! Chris and Kendra were great hosts and clearly go above and beyond to ensure their guests’ needs are met. Their website and guestbook are well laid out and include useful info to help make your stay extra special! This unit was very clean and had everything we could need including a beach wagon and toys that we put to good use. The beds were comfortable, my kids loved the big bathtubs, the view was amazing, and the walk to the beach was short and easy! The beach staff were friendly and helpful and gave us a discount on our extra chairs due to a grim weather forecast (two chairs are included with rental). Waterscape as a whole was clean, the parking garage was nice to have, and our kids loved having the different pools to choose from. The heated pool was at 92 degrees on a colder day which made it much more enjoyable! The resort also had planned activities throughout the week which was a nice added touch. The boardwalk and pier are just a short walk down the beach. We love all that Fort Walton and Destin have to offer for dining, shopping and kid activities! Check in and check out we’re a breeze. Stayed Mar 16, 2025We had a wonderful experience at this beachside condo. The property exceeded our expectations. We loved the breathtaking ocean views, comfortable and clean accommodations, and the convenience of being just steps away from the sand. The rental had thoughtful amenities, such as beach gear and a fully equipped kitchen, which made our stay stress-free and enjoyable. We appreciated the attentive and responsive host, who ensured our vacation was smooth from start to finish. The beach service that are also available on the beach for beach chairs and umbrellas was easy to navigate. The hosts also have additional beach chairs which we also used quite a bit. The beach was pristine. The moment we walked into the condo if felt clean and ready to go! Also, the families in the other condos were respectful and family oriented. My kind of place... will come back!!!! Thank you again for letting us stay.

Stayed Oct 5, 2024Having stayed at Waterscape numerous times, my wife was initially disappointed that private beach chair service was not included. Although the listing made that clear, she apparently overlooked that detail since it was always included in past bookings. This was a BIG deal since the service charges $50/day and she planned on being on the beach every day of the week. Nevertheless, the chairs supplied turned out to be quite nice -- plus had the added advantage of placing them anywhere we liked. The umbrella turned out to be broken, but after a frantic text to the owner Chris, he had a brand new one delivered in less than 20 minutes -- had it been a day later, my wife would have surely killed me and I would not be alive to leave this review. Overall I could not have been happier with the property. Super clean with everything we needed and the view was perfectly relaxing. I would definitely recommend this listing.

Stayed Sep 21, 2024Amazing vacation at this cute condo! Very clean and comfortable and the lake cation in the resort was perfect! Ocean view was perfect! Beds were comfortable and we really didn’t lack anything! Guest bedroom tv didn’t work but that was okay because we watched the 2 other tvs and didn’t spend much time in condo! Owners were great and the check in process was easy and convenient! We would love to rent again!

Stayed Aug 24, 2024Updated and very clean condo- it had everything we needed. Perfect location with being on the second floor and oceanfront. Pools were great, maintained well- and kept my 2.5 year old very busy and entertained. Owners were extremely organized with their guidebooks and communicated everything that was necessary plus more! They made this whole process very easy!

Stayed Aug 10, 2024We had the best time ever. The condo was superb. It had everything we needed. The view of the ocean was spectacular. The kids had so much fun at the waterpark. Rapid response rate from owners. I would recommend this condo to anyone who wants a relaxing vacation. The beach and the pool area were easily accessible. Thank you for a great time!

Stayed Jun 15, 2024We loved staying at Waterscape A202! The condo provided a peaceful place to relax and unwind. The condo is clean, nicely decorated and provides many amenities that are so helpful. We loved looking out at the ocean from the balcony - beautiful view! It is a close walk to the pool, beach and parking garage. The facility is clean and family friendly. Kendra and Chris are kind and welcoming and make the whole experience easy from start to finish. We would definitely stay here again!
