Waterscape A101 Oceanfront! Ground Floor 3BR + Bunkroom! Beach View!

We loved being so close to the pier. This condo was ideal for watching fireworks.

First let me say I am not one to give stars lightly. I give this unit 3 stars because it’s decent and average. It is a good price for this rental. The unit has a good floor plan that reasonably accommodated 4 adults and was reasonably clean with average comfort beds. The teflon pots and pans were so severely and deeply scratched we bought new ones (thankfully we drove and could get them home) so if you plan on cooking a lot prepare yourself. There was one real issue in that at least two towels in two different bathrooms were clearly soiled and smelled unwashed which had been folded and placed for use in the cabinets. We found this late at night and threw all the towels in the laundry so we could not shower that night. There are barely enough towels to go around for 6 so we ended up washing them daily anyway. Dining room table has a really sticky finish and dirty chair cushions so we did not eat there. Nice view from patio. Patio would benefit from more table-height chairs with backs (only 2 with backs and 2 stools) so more adults could enjoy patio together. Table outside is too small for more than 4 to eat. Host responded quickly to texts.

Overall the property was nice, beach access was great as well as the resort vibes. I did have concerns about the cleanliness and sent pictures to the management company which they assured me that was not up to their standard and they would take a deeper dive into it as we departed. They also responded very quickly. If the unit was cleaned better I would have given 5 stars.

Awesome stay.. SGT Matt Foster and his security team made you feel like home. From the easy check in to the amenities, staff and resort style living. I will highly recommend this location to anyone.

Accommodations were outstanding, check in and check out is the easiest ever. Very roomy we had two adults and 6 kids. The kids loved the pool area and the easy access to the beach. We will definitely return again.

Property was clean. Host and property was easy to communicate with. Check in and out was seamless. Would definitely stay at this property again!

Very detailed information was emailed making check in process quickly and flawless. Great location, kids had an amazing time with all the amenities that were offered with our rental and happy kids equal fun vacation for parents! Property was clean the condo was clean. We will definitely be staying here again
