Waterscape 5th Flr B side-Closest 1bd to the beach

Loved the location to beach and main parkway. Could be anywhere in a matter of minutes depending on traffic. Small bathrooms but otherwise very nice.

Looked exactly like the pictures. We had fun.

Tufan was a great host and very responsive to my messages. The condo was clean and comfortable. We had a great weekend.

Our stay was very enjoyable! Great communication, beautiful views. It was just my husband and I but it would be a great stay for a family. Very clean and it was close by to everything. Would definitely stay here again!

This condo was the perfect accommodation for my wife and I to have a long weekend beach getaway. The condo was roomy, very clean, and had everything we needed. It is also conveniently located by the elevator to get to pool area and beach. The host, Tufan, was great and in constant communication. He gave very detailed instructions and information on everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely book again.

Stay was very nice. We were on 5th floor and had a great view of pools and ocean I must say it would be an excellent place to stay if you have special needs ie… wheelchair accessible!!I hope to bring my children next time with one of them being CP and in a wheelchair We were in B building. Everything very easy to get to around the complex and great places to eat across the street

We absolutely loved our stay here! The pools and kid areas were perfect!! the condo was on the beach so hauling all of our gear wasn’t a large task! The room was spacious and clean! We enjoyed the toys and wagon that was available in our room to use for our stay! Only issue was the washer and dryer smelt like cigarette smoke leaving our clothes with a smoky smell to them.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was exactly like the pictures. Comfy beds, perfect AC, responsive host, clean space. We also really loved the balcony overlooking the pool.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful beach condo, and it was the perfect escape! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views of the ocean right from the balcony. The condo itself is cozy, clean, and incredibly well-equipped. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, from a fully stocked kitchen to a washer/dryer for convenience. The living room is spacious, with plenty of seating, and the large windows let in tons of natural light, making it feel bright and airy. The bedroom was also very comfortable with soft linens and plenty of closet space for our things.The location is unbeatable. Not only is the beach just a few steps away, but you're also within walking distance of local restaurants, shops, and cafes. It’s the ideal spot to enjoy a relaxing beach vacation without having to drive much. The property itself is well-maintained, and the pool area is a great bonus – perfect for those days when you want a change from the sand.The hosts were incredibly friendly and easy to communicate with. They made sure we had everything we needed for our stay!

Waterscape is one of the best!! Everything was in walking distance from our room. There were kids activities during the week and an overall nice place to stay!

This was our first vacation as a young family and we loved our stay here! Everything was exactly as described! The pools were great, the kid play area was perfect and the beach was amazing!! The beds were so comfy and the washer/dryer was an added bonus! Tufan was super responsive if we needed anything! 10/10 recommend!!

Stove/ oven could be replaced. Refrigerator could be leveled. Paint tough up several spots. This would be great for a young family

Resort is perfect for family of all ages. Splash pad with zero entry pool, Lazy River, Heated pool, Hot tubs. Close to good food and shopping. Unit kept clean and nice, stocked with everything needed to grill out, cook in, or hit the beach for the day. Host kept in touch throughout the week, ensuring our visit was smooth and all our needs met.

Our spot was so perfect we stayed at the pool, beach, or condo the entire trip! My kids didn’t want to leave because there was so much fun to be had! We did enjoy walking to the pier for dinner and ice cream as well! Okaloosa has became our home away from home!

Somewhat outdated but great pool/beach areas

The property was as advertised very clean, easy parking, close to beach and pools. Communication was great even used your recommendations to eat. If ever in area again hope to rent your location

We really enjoyed our trip and stay at Waterscape. The owner was in constant communication providing updates leading up to our stay as well as checking in to see if everything was to our liking once we arrived. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was just as described on the listing! My kids loved the bunk beds! The elevator is just a few steps away for ease of getting down to the pool/beach. The owner was very responsive. Highly recommend
