Stayed Aug 11, 2024When you find yourself searching thru countless condos and they ALL seem the same, this one you remembered. It was so cute in the pictures and in person was even better. It was perfect for our family of four. Feeding the geese and sea gulls off the dock was a joy for all of us! PS the pool was perfectly clean!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This was our first trip as a family with a one year old.The place was perfect! Quiet, comfortable, and located on the bay canal for beautiful evening nights on the balcony. My family and I plan on coming back next year!

Stayed Jul 12, 2024First, the rental is adorable and has wonderful little touches that make it feel like home. Loved all of that. Location is quiet, plenty of street parking, convenient amenities (pool, parking, hose, trash, outside/inside deck entrance). Unfortunately, it took over 2 hours to gain entry to unit. The keys provided don’t work (really bad copies) and Vacasa is responsive on the phone, but doesn’t actually do anything about issues. After NOT getting a call back from anyone local to get new keys or give us the code to the lockbox (probably for cleaning crew), i replied to the auto text (that was prompting me to let them know if the rental was clean). I mentioned, still not being inside and they eventually gave me the lockbox code. I was told someone would come by with new keys (they never came). Called each day of my stay and told someone would be calling me in 30 min or they would swing by and figure it out/ get us new keys. It NEVER HAPPENED. My husband went to them in person (returning keys)…they said that seems like an issue and would look into it. Next ppl should have arrived 6 hours later. I hope future renters have a no issues

Stayed Jun 7, 2024This was a great place to unwind after a day at the beach. Close to everything we needed but nice and quiet when we wanted peace. Great for a family of 4 or a very small, close group (not a ton of privacy in this unit). Great for our weekend away!
