Waterfront Penthouse Villa with Shared Pool and Ocean View - Close to the Beach

Super clean! View of the ocean was wonderful. The condo was exactly as pictured

Pretty good!

Pros: good location, landscaped nicely, easy short walk to beach, super nice outdoor showers, elevators not busy, quiet complex, nice bath towels, hand soap in bathrooms and kitchen, pretty spacious space, plenty of seating, kitchen had most things we needed but needs some more utensils. Plenty of blankets. Cons: door from living area to balcony wouldn’t shut all the way and when my husband finally got it shut there was a gap letting in warm air. I told the owner about it and they did nothing about it. So to go outside we had to go through the primary bedroom. We stuffed bubble wrap we found in the home into the crack in the door to keep some hot air out. Also the furniture was a bit old and had that old dirty smell you get with that. Some parts of the home are just old and worn and needs some freshening up. While the home was clean, it didn’t smell terribly fresh. Beds were just ok. We would probably come back again with a few small improvements.

The room was very nice, need to update some pans, toaster needs replaced. Would be very nice if the beach access had ramps instead for stairs makes it hard to take wagons, coolers and etc to beach. Overall the place is very nice and clean.

Proximity to the beach

The condo was consistently warm inside. Could never really get it cooled off.

This property accommodated four adults and two children quite well via two bedrooms and a loft. All three locations had their own TV and bathroom. The loft made this condo feel very spacious. The living room and master bedroom had direct access to the balcony which provided fantastic views of the ocean and shoreline, views unobstructed by any surrounding complexes. The master, dining area, kitchen, and loft also had views of the ocean. The kitchen was well equipped, and there was a laundry. Living room cabinets contained books and games. The walls were sound-proof giving us a feeling of privacy and luxury. Its fifth floor, top-floor location (serviced by elevator) precluded any noise coming from above. There were even chairs and beach toys provided in the hallway closet. The entire condo was well cleaned, especially the bathrooms. We rented the condo for three nights, but everyone wanted to stay longer. We could not have picked a better place to stay. We will be back!

The room, grounds and pool areas were well kept and neat. Great ocean view and nice size balcony.

Could use a little updating

We were provided the wrong gate code . When we tried to call the emergency number to address the issue- no answer. There was no human. We were simply stuck until someone came in a different car that would share the code.

We enjoyed the memories made together!
