Waterfront Loft in the Heart of Sandpoint

This property exceeded our expectations, The appliances are top of the line, along with Hunter Douglas blinds, great views, and ease of access.Communication with the Host was timely and she answered all our questions. We will definately book again!

Everything was absolutely perfect. The view and the space itself are stunning. Best rental I have ever stayed in!

I love being in the heart of Sandpoint, and close to everything! I got to visit my son & host a little dinner for a couple family friends with TakeOut from City Beach Organics. Saturday we went to the Farmer's Market for music and local food & art. Sunday morning I attended Ecstatic Dance Class. Plus, sitting on the balcony for morning coffee is the best!

This place is right on the water with two decks to choose from. It is also right downtown where all the shopping and dining is at. It was super quiet, the parking spot is directly by the door and perfectly clean. We were welcomed with some nice music, sparkling water and even a bottle of wine. It was also walking distance to a huge beach and play ground. It doesn’t get any better than this! Can’t wait to stay when we come back!!

This was our second stay at the property - it's outstanding and the location is ideal for a young family. We'll continue to prioritize this property when visiting Sandpoint.

It was great to have a comfortable place to stay while attending my mom’s funeral. The location and condo was beautiful.

Family of 5 adults stayed for a 2 night ski trip. The condo felt brand new and was spotless! Gorgeous and comfortable furnishings and open layout. The beds and linens were heavenly. We used the dryer for our wet ski clothes both days, very handy. We played board games at the big dining table and we all fit comfortably on the large sectional sofa to watching football games! The condo was in an ideal location. We walked to all the restaurants, bars, and shops without ever having to get in our car! The building was private and quiet! The property manager was very helpful and answered our questions promptly! Thanks for a great stay!

This loft was amazing! Its so pretty inside and well taken care of! The location is perfect, right downtown and so close to all the great restaurants and shopping!
