The Space:

There’s no better place to start - or end - the day than from the balcony of this corner coastal condo. Not only will you want to sip your morning coffee there each morning as you take in unparalleled views of the Gulf of Mexico, you won’t want to miss watching the surf with a favorite night-time beverage in hand as the sun sets each evening.



Step inside the sliding glass doors to an open-space living anddining area, including comfy seating for watching favorite shows on the TV, a dining table for six with additional breakfast bar seating for three more, and a full-size, well-appointed kitchen waiting for the chefs in the family to whip up delicious meals and beach treats. Sleep peacefully with accommodations for eight. The primary suite with an ensuite bathroom as well as access to the balcony. Add in the sofa bed in the living room, and there’s room for everyone.



You’ll find plenty to do right at Seawind, from relaxing on the white sand beach or swimming in the Gulf, taking a dip in the shared swim-through indoor/outdoor pool, soothing your cares away in the beachfront hot tub, or checking out the onsite fitness center, sauna, and outdoor grilling area. THINGS TO KNOW

The Seawind Elevator Modernization Project will take place from Fall 2025 and end by Spring 2026. Both the tower and club building elevators will be under construction during this time period. The tower building (where your unit is located) will have one elevator operating at a time while the other is under construction. The club building elevator will be closed while under construction, so the gym will only be accessible through the stairs during that time. Construction workers and equipment will be on site, and construction noise is to be expected during working hours.     The view was fabulous and the location was close to everything. It was clean but lacked beach towels/accessories. No coffee kcups. Wish we had known that ahead.
