When it's time for a relaxing vacation Sanibel's the place to be. We invite you to experience our completely remodeled 1200 sq. ft waterfront condo. This waterfront suite has just been re-done top to bottom. Some of our nice upgrades include: white quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and stacked washer and dryer. Custom bathrooms with upgraded vanity's,and new lavatories! We have tile floors throughout the condo that create a comfortable relaxed island feel.

The most recent improvements include: Fresh paint, new furniture and mattresses, new quartz counter tops in kitchen.

Furniture: All new bedroom furniture, including two very comfortable new Serta King mattresses. New memory foam queen sleeper in family room. Awesome new 65 4K HDTV, New 55 4k in Master bedroom, 40 HDTV in second bedroom. All new linens, towels, bed spreads and down pillows.

Sleeping arrangement: New King bed in Master bedroom, New King bed in second bedroom, New Queen sofa sleeper in family room. Twin daybed w/twin trundle in lanai.

Mariner Pointe has deeded beach access on the gulf side at the end of Lindgren blvd. It's approximately a 5-7 minute bike ride to the beach .

There are so many great beaches on the Island that it's great to visit a different one every time you go. Sanibel Island is known for the best shelling beaches on the Western Hemisphere! There are several beaches within walking distance to Mariner Pointe, including the private beach that Mariner Pointe has deeded access to behind Tortuga Beach Club. (only a 5 minute bike ride or 15 walk from condo - at the end of Lindgren Blvd.) Bailey's & Lighthouse beach are also very close by.     What a great place with such a variety of reasons to stay! The condo’s location is convenient and quiet. It was clean, comfortable and stylish. We walked or rode our bikes to the beach for water, sun and shells. (Stopped for ice cream on the way back.) We hiked trails past a bald eagle’s nest and other wildlife. Fishing from the private dock was fun and successful. Golf is close by. The grills were well maintained and convenient. We saw numerous dolphins, manatees and friendly pelicans. Can’t wait for next year.

    The condo was exactly as described! Beds were extremely comfortable. It was great having 3 TV’s since we had young children. The kids loved sleeping on the lanai. We had to contact the owner once and got a quick reply. Definitely would stay here again.

    This was the best condo we have ever stayed in. We travel with another couple and it was great having 2 king size beds instead of a twin and full size. The place was very clean, pool was great and close and everyone we met was so nice! We saw dolphins and manatees on the canal and beautiful sunsets! Close to all the shops. Grandma Dots was wonderful and the little Lighthouse diner for breakfast!Give it a 10 +! Would definitely come back Les and Penny Kosa

    This lovely, comfortable, well-appointed condo was the perfect home base for a fantastic Sanibel vacation. The two king-bed bedrooms plus twin trundle daybed perfectly suited our two couples and two teen boys. All beds very comfy. Love Mariner Pointe for its views, two pools, shuffleboard, tennis, and - our favorite - the private fishing pier. We had fun days without leaving the property and also enjoyed easy access to beaches, restaurants, bike rentals and kayak rentals. We also saw dolphins every day! We can’t wait to return and would love to rent this condo again. Thank you!

    The condo is located in a quiet area near the causeway. This was a perfect location for us. The pictures are accurate. There are lots of comfortable beds to accommodate 6 guests. The people in the other condos (owners and guests) were very friendly. We booked again for next year! Paul answered our questions promptly!

    The room was clean, comfortable, well supplied with quality amenities. The location was private yet accessible to activities. The beach is a short bike ride or walk away. Free fishing was fun on the private dock that even included a fish cleaning station. Tennis and pickle ball courts were not overly crowded. The gas grills were clean and scattered throughout. We saw manatees and dolphins in the canal every day.

    Property was great. My family of four along with my parents stayed so a total of 6 of us. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, plus a pullout couch. Fit comfortably. Checkin was easy. Used code given to open property of door. Was unable to set up new password like it had stated but not a big deal. Only downfall is that the cleaning ladies were still cleaning when we showed up at 4pm. They did not clean too great but there were plenty of cleaning supplies to clean yourself. Location was next to pool and canal. Only thing that would be a great add is a cooler for drinks if heading to the beach and bikes or kayaks. Spoke to some other owners at this property and those were an added bonus they had available with their properties. Overall we would happily visit again at this property.

    We have been traveling to Florida for a number of years now with our kids but this was our first visit to Sanibel Island and we absolutely loved it! The condo is very nice and the owner was awesome to work with....super accommodating and responsive. The location was perfect. We were there during the New Years Holiday and the island had a ton of traffic so we ditched our car and rented bikes for the week. The bike paths are awesome and it was an easy bike ride to pretty much anywhere on the island. The complex had a nice pool, awesome fishing pier and tennis/pickleball courts. Thanks for making this such a wonderful vacation....we'll definitely be back!
