We loved the quiet and the unit. Wifi was sketchy the first few days but it worked out!

The seclusion away from Coastal highway noise. Availability to lots of restaurants & things to do.

I stayed at this condo with my children and grandchildren. I loved how spacious it was. I absolutely loved the outside deck/patio. The view is beautiful. Everything we needed was available. Thank you homeowners for allowing my family to stay at your home. I made sure the place was left spotless during and after the end of my stay there.

Location, easy walk to restaurants, beach, pools, park, and a huge deck with a great view.

The location of the condo is great, nicely updated and the view is phenomenal. That said, there are a few minor issues with the place. The kitchen is lacking in basic cooking necessities. Upkeep of the condo doesn’t seem to be a big priority. While the condo wasn’t necessarily dirty, it definitely could have used a good deep clean. Many of the vertical blinds were missing (I was able to locate some and reinstall) and other blinds through our were damaged. The laundry closet door had several slats out of place that we also repaired. You could barely see through the deck doors due to all the build up but a little bit of winded fixed that. Perhaps, my biggest complaint is that this unit is advertised as having access to two of the multiple pools on the property. Unfortunately, we were provided with one pool code which only accessed one pool. When I reached out to the property manager they just kept telling me that since we only received one code we only had access to one pool. I tried multiple times but just kept receiving the run around.

The location and the apartment are fantastic. The deck and view are the best. It was a great time.

You should get a new cleaning company as the condo was NOT clean. It would be a good idea to get a toaster and a few more necessities for the kitchen.

The location was great, loved that it was on the bay and across from the park.

We rented this condo for two weeks in mid September 2022 and have to say it was wonderful. The balcony overlooks the waterway, the unit was nicely furnished and clean, and was very comfortable. Vacasa was wonderful all the way around, so friendly and helpful. If we had any complaints the unit could really use a toaster, a few better pots , a can opener, and a strainer. Otherwise, everything was the best, and we plan on renting the unit again, hopefully for three weeks next year.
