I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family needed three bedrooms and this one was perfect and offered a beautiful view of the canal and pool. The location to the Pucket fall court was close for our older children to play every day. The beach was beautiful and the staff very helpful.

It was conveniently located near the laundry and pool and very short walk to the beach path. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I will definitely be retiring and recommending to others.

Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Sanibel for many years and we love staying at Sanibel Moorings! The property was clean and the improvements from Hurricane Ian are going well. Highly recommend to others. We enjoyed spending time on the beach.We enjoyed Gramma Dot’s, Over Easy Cafe, Cheeburger Cheeburger,Lighthouse Cafe,Wickies Lighthouse Restaurant,Mucky Duck in Captiva. We had a lot of fun!

Reviewer Comments: I have probably stayed in about every condo in the Moorings over the years, and this condo is my favorite location. I will always try to make this my go to condo. The ceiling fan in the back twin bedroom was not functioning and the ottoman for the living room chair was broken. That is the reason for 4 stars in general condition.

Stayed Jul 2, 2022Convenient walking distance to both a nice beach and the channel, from our unit a great view of the July 4 fireworks. Enjoyed the botanical tour on property as well!

The botonical gardens are very impressive and well-maintained. The condo was updated, clean and comfortable - just the right size for our family of 6. The staff were very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. We will likely stay here again in the future.
