Waterfront Corpus Christi Escape w/ Pool Access!

If you want a quaint condo right on the beach then this is perfect. It doesn’t have any extra bells and whistles but location can’t be beat. It was a good condo, however twin bunk beds for the kids are more like cot size and the King bed in the master is actually a Queen and not super comfortable. Full kitchen with all the utensils you could need to make meals, little breakfast table that seats 4 with a view of the ocean. The complex itself is a little run down but the condo has some updates done. Overall, decent condo for the price and again, the location is perfect.

Location was great as it was directly connected to the beach. Condos could be a bit bigger but over all the it was a nice place to stay witg two younger kids.

This condo has a beautiful view right on the water! It’s absolutely amazing. The owner, Carolyn and her husband (I didn’t get his name), are incredible!!! Super quick to handle any needs that come up and so sweet and nice!! Will definitely be going back!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and the view was awesome. We will definitely book this place again.

The actual condo we stayed in was nice and pretty clean. However, the property as a whole was run down and not very clean. We had one small repair issue when we first arrived, called for maintenance and they said to contact the owner as they didn’t have a maintenance man available. Owner was very responsive, arrived at property and fixed within 20-30 minutes. The rest of the property was dirty and moldy. Lots of jellyfish were at the beach so we tried going to pool, neither of the pools were clean either. My oldest child wouldn’t get in, my youngest tried and got out after a few minutes. We ended up cutting our visit to this property short by a full day and found an alternative to stay at last day. Property was extremely convenient to local attractions of USS Lexington and the State Aquarium.

We notified the owner of all our concerns, her response to the huge bugs we saw in the living area “I don’t know what the problem is, you have a bedroom to sleep in” We checked in then left until we could get another place, was a total of 3 hours, she charged us for all 4 days even though we were on there 3 hours. Very rude and when she told us she wouldn’t refund us we just ask her to please put that money back into the condo as it needs a lot. When we had issues at 10:00 at night for check in and text her per the email had requested for after hour issues, the next morning her reply was it was after 10:00pm do you work that late in the night! We needed up having to stay in a hotel vs a condo but at least we had a clean healthy place to lay our heads. My sister had another room by this same owner at the same time and they did the same as us, and no refund. So 2 families 4 days and she screwed us both and didn’t have a care in the world about doing it either.

Checked in at 3 on 13th and out on the morning of the 16th. We had paid thru 18th. Condo bldg is partially torn up with wires hanging. The bldg stairwell next to ocean is all rusted. The condo tub fills while you shower. We plunged it and some better. Tub handle is cheap & not working. Glass door to porch metal lock so eaten away, you stick a metal pen in a drilled hole to secure. Owner responded to our concerns condo had been cleaned. Found note in bed covers & extra set all waded in cabinet. Someone’s shoes where in front closet. sent photos to owner and asked for a refund to turn and go home. No way. Claimed was cleaned & the extra sheets were folded. Black is all along the connection between tub & shower wall. Roof in bathroom began leaking and owner did request someone come out the next afternoon. The technician said he had been there a few weeks ago.

I had to wash bedding upon check in. We found goggles and socks in the bunk beds. Otherwise I was pleasantly pleased with this property. Perfect place to stay when you have never seen “the ocean” like myself. Thank you for giving me the view I had to have on my birthday!!!

Had a water problem and property manager was very helpful. Was able to fix the problem. Weather was great! Beach was wonderful.
