Enjoy these views from both inside and out on the comfortably furnished, covered deck.

Once inside, you'll be captivated by a spacious, open floor-plan, further enhanced by the home's soaring, vaulted ceilings with ceiling fans. Spread out or gather in the living area for relaxation and entertainment. The home's electronics package includes premium movie channels, a DVD/Blu-ray player, and a stereo. The built-in bookcases house a selection of DVDs, books, games, and puzzles. A half-bath and a laundry nook with a stacked washer/dryer are just off the entry way.

The well-appointed kitchen includes an ice maker, a dishwasher, a microwave, a garbage disposal, and a breakfast bar as well as beautiful cabinets and local cookbooks for inspiration. Enjoy dining with amazing views at either of the two dining tables, one of which converts to a game table. On the ground level, you will have access to a lockable storage unit (C-9) and enclosed, private showers to rinse away the sand after a day at the beach.

Slash Creek boasts a boardwalk for fishing, crabbing, or for taking a relaxing stroll, plus fish-cleaning stations and an inviting pool open Memorial Day through Labor Day, with outdoor showers and bathroom.

There is a boat slip (C-9) with water and electricity that is reserved for 25-foot, shallow draft boats.

    This unit (Sea-Nine) was everything I could have hoped for. After a year of being cooped up inside, my husband and I really needed to get away and I believe we could not have chosen a better place to get away to.

    We have stayed in Sea Nine a few times now and love it. It is the perfect size for our family. The view from the balcony is perfect. My son loves to fish off the dock. The bakery is perfect walking distance for a great summer vacation treat as is Happy Belly for ice cream. You can walk to the market if you need something and the walking trail is the perfect addition for any exercise enthusiasts. We love Hatteras and are so grateful to have found Sea Nine for our annual Hatteras vacation!

    It’s the second time we stay at the C-9 and again we really enjoy. This condo is full equipped, very quiet and a very nice new decoration. Thank you to the owner for everything. We will be back for sure.

    Well appointed unit, including a large steam pot (doesn't seem like a big deal until you need to have a seafood feast). Beautiful location mostly above the bugs with sunset and sunrise views.

    We loved everything about this condo. Convenient to everything we wanted to do. Had the pool to ourselves. Wonderful views from the top balcony. Lots of wildlife. Beds were comfortable. Loved the “ hot” water for showers. Peaceful and quiet this time of year. Took another couple with us and they loved it too. Would definitely rent again!!?

    If you want quiet home like setting, away from the busy, touristy, crazy car traffic of OBX, this is the place. So close to the sound, the ocean and waterways for kayaking. There is a small town vibe here. The other guest and residents were very friendly. The pool was refreshing and convenient. Waterboy Rentals delivered two kayaks right to the launch near our condo, then picked them up at the end of our rental period. There are some many restaurants, shops, fishing and boat charters nearby. A wonderful place to stay in a well appointed condo with a great and responsive management company.
