**The Space**

Step into your modern, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo, completely updated in 2024. Both bedrooms feature comfortable KING beds for a restful night’s sleep. The openliving area includes a dedicated workspace, perfect for catching up on emails before heading out for the day.

The fully stocked kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, has everything you need to prepare meals. Enjoy them inside or on your private lanai, which features a gas grill and dining for four. For your convenience, the unit also includes a private washer and dryer.

We warmly welcome families and children! Your stay can be made easier with our family-friendly amenities, including:

**Guest Access**

Your private condo is just steps from the stunning, screened-in, heated saltwater pool, which is shared with other guests and glows with colorful lights at twilight. You will have full access to the waterfront dock.

Launch one of our included kayaks for a peaceful paddle on the Rubicon Gulf Access canal, or try your hand at fishing with the provided poles. Best of all, you can bring your own boat or rent one locally, as your stay includes a dedicated boat slip.

Your unit comes with one assigned off-street parking spot, with extra guest parking available. Check-in is a breeze anytime after your arrival with our 24-hour smart lock system.

**The Neighborhood**

Our property is situated just 2 miles from the downtown Cape Coral entertainment district, featuring vibrant restaurants and shops. You are also only 2 miles from Yacht Club Beach.

World-class beaches are a short drive away, with Ft. Myers Beach, Sanibel, and Captiva Islands all reachable within 15-30 minutes. The condo is part of a 5-unit vacation rental building, offering a friendly atmosphere where you can meet fellow travelers.

* **Local Host**: Your host lives locally and is available for problem-solving or to offer local advice if needed.
* **Shared Pool**: The heated saltwater pool is in the center of the property and is shared with guests from the other four units.
* **Wi-Fi**: Free Wi-Fi is included with your stay.
* **Check-In**: We offer 24-hour self-check-in via a smart lock. You will receive your unique code before arrival.

**House Rules**

* To ensure a relaxing environment for all guests, quiet hours for the pool area are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is allowed inside the condo or screened pool area. Smoking is permitted only in the dock & Parking lot area.
Quite hours are 10 pm to 8am
