Stayed Mar 18, 2025My 27 year old son is getting married next year and was playing in a tournament near. Since we were going to play 36 holes a day we had to have a hot tub and sunset. Got beautiful sunsets but no hot tub. When I contacted the owner he thanked me for Beijing it to my attention and said he would change the listing. After letting him know I was really disappointed that he had false advertised and that the only reason I would even look at his place was because having a hot tub. He came back and offered me 10% discount. Pretty disappointing.I’ve contracted VRBO and they are working on it. Sounds like unless you complain during your stay they have little leverage. The place is on the main floor so people areWalking by your space and can look in easy so no privacy.Looks and SMELLS like it got flooded out. New floors no baseboard trim above floor in any room. Also no keyless entry which was odd but not a problem easy check in. PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE RENTING Soar back renter

Stayed May 31, 2024Unbeatable views for nature watching. Saw dolphins in the lagoon. Owners were good to work with. Close access to restaurants and grocery stores. This is the place to relax!

Stayed Feb 16, 2024Water view was gorgeous with sunsets. Apartment was clean, spacious, comfy and well equipped. The town of Hudson itself is not all that nice. Hudson Beach is a small but very nice spot, but otherwise it's not a very attractive area. Also, the price on this particular apartment is very steep.

Stayed Feb 1, 2024All was good except the hot water was short supply . Pet friendly which was good but were restricted in areas . Everyone I had contact with were very friendly, you don’t walk to any where close so make you have a car. Lots of shopping port Richie way
