Stayed Jul 9, 2024We loved our vacation! The property was very clean. I would recommend cleaning supplies ( brooms/mop) so that I could leave the property just like I found it when I arrived!

Stayed Dec 28, 2023We took our 6 year old granddaughter on a short getaway after Christmas. Although is was cold in December we enjoyed being right in the beach and close to so many restaurants and activities.

Stayed Oct 16, 2023Everything was great besides the front door was broken when i checked in and no one wouldn't come and fix it. So i had to barricade the front door and my son and me slept in the masters bedroom with the door lock to the bedroom. The company refused to send anyone and said it was not a safety issue.

Stayed May 19, 2023The condo is exactly as described. Everything was clean and we had plenty of room for 5 adults. The view is amazing and it's an easy walk to the beach. Would definitely rent this one again.

Stayed Jul 14, 2022We had a wonderful time! Closeness to the beach is wonderful. Accommodations were perfect for 6 women. I would recommend a memory foam for the back queen size bed. Front desk was very helpful and polite. Thank you for making our annual trip a success! ?

Stayed Apr 30, 2022The property is in a great location. However, the condo itself was cluttered. Too much stuff on counters, closets, pantry, etc. We barely had room for our things. The condo could use a major purge. The master bedroom mattress was terribly uncomfortable - the mattress pad just made it worse. The throw rugs were a trip hazard. The other rugs needed cleaning. Will definitely stay at Summerchase again. We probably won't book this particular condo.
