Waterfront Condo on the Canal w/ Deck & Shared Pools/Tennis - Walk to the Beach

I appreciated the fact that the beds were already made and body wash, shampoo, and conditioner were provided. Amenities were enjoyable. Location was awesome and convenient.

Nice place. We enjoyed our stay. Only thing that could be better, is supply of cooking pots and pans.

Overall great stay. Would recommend to all. Some minor issues that where addressed. Need to update and some kitchen ware.

Overall, loved the space and the fact this was Aruba building on the water-view. What needs to improve is the seating furniture in the living area. It was very out, broken down and uncomfortable. On the flip side, the master bedroom mattress was very comfortable and I feel that’s very important for good rest for our busy days. The air conditioner quit on us but when we called it was corrected right away. We also had a terrible time with a massive amount of ants that kept getting into our food. We were concerned using a spray d/t having an infant with us and not wanting her to have that exposure to chemicals. Hoping they fix this before the next renters come in

Great location. Spacious and practical for groups and families. Beautiful views. Check-in and communication with management were a breeze. Condo can use some updating though.

My family and I found this wonderful location to celebrate my daughter's 13th birthday. It met every expectation I had. Spacious, clean, and the view during the day and at night was gorgeous. I would definitely recommend to others and return myself. Thanks for everything.......

Beautiful view and tidy home. Vacasa messaging system was helpful when issues arise but involved patience on my end as solutions weren’t immediate .

The condo was exactly as pictured. It was very spacious and the complex was much quieter than expected. Lots of parking and pool wasn’t crowded. A gorgeous view of the canal and sunrise. Just a short walk to the beautiful beach. The condo was very clean upon arrival, fresh flowers on the counter were a surprise. A small bag of necessities like garbage bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, shampoo, etc was appreciated and a nice touch. Nothing negative to say. Would rent again! P.S. a kettle would have been useful

Room enough for our family to spread out and enjoy our Christmas celebration. Wonderful walk to see the lights. Second year we have stayed here and will continue to book this location.
