Waterfront Condo, enjoy your morning coffee while watching the dolphins!

The apartment is as pictured. Coquina Key is a nice complex in a gated community. Kathi sent us a full set of nice pots & pans for cooking since we didn’t find any in the apartment. Thank you for that, Kathi. The apartment is a very basic unit. It seems outfitted w/ the minimum to make it an okay rental. (There were items that needed repair, like the dining room closet off the hinges. Kathi said it would be repaired, which is nice). Instructions for accessing the Wi-Fi would have been helpful; the network name I received wasn’t correct. I finally happened on hand-scrawled codes on the refrigerator that didn’t reference anything, but some sleuthing made it work. Instructions for accessing the cable would have been helpful, since navigating all apps on TV to figure it out was tedious & frustrating. The suggestion was to call the cable company. A simple sheet of clear instructions for how things work would help welcome all guests. I hope this helps improve things for future visitors. I’ve stayed at other rentals that are very nice, w/ high quality as well as interest in guests’ ease of use & comfort. But if you are looking for an economical place, this is okay.

I stayed here with my family for 35 days. It was a great place with an awesome view. Close to downtown St. Pete and the pier. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice place. Great view on the water. Very nice pool. Laundromat close by. Close to many attractions and good restaurants. Property owner was very responsive to any problems that arose.

We just finished a 2 1/2 month stay at Kathi’s condo. Our stay was necessitated by a need to be near John Hopkins All Children’s Hospital. Kathi is an excellent owner and a very caring person. She went above and beyond to accommodate all of our needs throughout our stay. The bayou is at your doorstep and the sunsets, dolphin sightings and peacefulness provided much needed relaxation after a day at the hospital. The gated patio provides a safe area for little ones. Due to the length of our stay and the pandemic we interacted with the staff of Waterside. Everyone was very nice and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend Kathi’s condo especially for any families who need to be close to All Children’s. It is less than a 10 minute drive.

We had a great time given the all the closures because of the virus. The location was awesome. Loved the view. Only suggestion would be an iron. No criticism at all - just a suggestion. We will definitely consider booking again.
