Waterfront Condo- Balcony, Community Pool, Dock+ Canal Access

We enjoyed the location and the pool. The kitchen and bathrooms were nice and clean. The couches were old and worn and should be replaced. The blankets needed washed.

We had a wonderful time with friends. Furniture needs updated. Living room furniture very uncomfortable, master bedroom mattress sagged in the middle.

This rental had everything our family needed for spring break and more! Quick walk to the beach, LOVELY screened balcony with canal views, great pool, plenty of space. The unit even had pool towels and beach chairs which we didn’t expect. We experienced none of the concerns noted in previous reviews and had such a positive experience! I will note that the area is still very much in hurricane recovery so few restaurants are open and lots of destruction is still evident.

This is a mixed review. The view is beautiful. The communication with the property management team was great. The bedroom with the 2 beds is so musty it even made my clothes smell. The bathroom next to this bedroom had shower knob issues. The water wouldn’t turn on and when it did you couldn’t get it to go to the right water temp position. If it did turn on sometimes it would not turn off. we contacted the management company immediately and when the person came to check on it they told us to lift the little knob that turns it from bath to shower. Wow. We couldn’t believe that was the response from them. That had nothing to do with it. It was The main water knob. So I contacted them again. We ended up staying elsewhere for that night. The morning we checked out it took us forever to get the shower to come on but it finally did but on cool water temp. Then again the water wouldn’t shut off no matter how long we tried. I immediately contacted the management company and let them know as we were concerned as we needed to leave to catch our flight. They said they would put in a maintenance ticket. We waited for over 3 hours with the water running and us attempting to shut it off but no one came. So I contacted them again and said the water was still running and we had to leave to catch our flight. She said she would again let them know. We left and the water was still running and no one came. The large bedroom they had water pressure issues.immediate

This is a great property and it worked well for our stay in FMB despite the 2 hurricanes that occurred. The property manager was very responsive and helpful.

2 out 3 TV’s do not work and apparently have not worked for months according to neighbors. Toaster did not work Sliding doors from living room and master bedroom are difficult to open and close due to extremely worn rollers. No keys or parking passes were provided for any facilities including the pool. Unsafe shower and tube enclosure, no non slip mats were provided, high slip and fall safety issue Couch is very worn and uncomfortable from age, needs to be cleaned. Master bathroom toilet does not flush properly

It's an adequate 2 bedroom. Outdoor furniture needs to be replaced. Furniture inside could use a good cleaning. Leaving some cleaning supplies so guests could clean up after themselves would be helpful. Hooks on backs of doors would also be helpful. The building has thin walls so on one morning we were awoken to hammering two floors up. Overall the Fort Myers beach area has beautiful beaches and plenty of places to eat and shop and the location of this unit is perfect. Customer service is NOT vacation rental pros forte.

Fun in the sun

This rental was spacious and the bonus was the updated decorating. It had a relaxed, casual beach vibe to it. Additionally, the property had everything you would need including a well stocked kitchen. The location was convenient to the beach, Sanitini Plaza and getting off island using the route toward Bonita Beach. We would most certainly consider and recommend this rental! The only suggestion we would make would to have BBQ's in the common areas. Perhaps the condo association needs to be approached about this.
