Waterfront!

Everything was perfect! The host was very helpful with checking in and out. Great place to stay for the balloon festival.

We had a fabulous time, great location. If I had to recommend any upgrades it would be the furnishings could use an upgrade.

Location of this property is great, can walk to so many restaurants and events. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and the location. Property was fair value for the paid. The decor is somewhat ‘dated’ and living room furniture could use an update (very low to the grounduncomfortable and several patches for wear). Amenities such as glassware etc could use replacing. Felt cleanliness was somewhat lacking (crumbs in kitchen drawers/cupboards, hair in bathroom drawers/cabinets).

-- We had no basic TV channels to watch. The manager did come over and tried to resolve this issue, but could not. In order to get these channels, we had to purchase a cable subscription. -- The condo was advertised as a “waterfront” unit; however, looking out on our patio, the Lake view was obstructed by another condo building between us and the Lake. We felt this was false advertising, since this was our main purpose for renting this particular unit.-- Upon arrival, the master bathroom sink had water constantly running, a couple of electrical outlets in the kitchen did not work, the front door was sticking when opening and closing it, and the sheets on the master bed did not fit properly—they kept coming off. A couple of these problems were fixed by the managers.We want to thank the managers for their help and for correcting some of these issues.

Great condo for two couples. Incredible views and loved the heated pool. Clean and well appointed. We would definitely stay again!

Place was very nice great location. all worked well except for no stopper in master bathroom sink (could not use to shave) screen slider does not work very well off living areawould be nice to know to bring soap for shower and tissues (places rented in past either had these or told us not supplied)Lastly, had we known of the construction we would not have rented the unit. The noise and dust was awful. It drove us away from the unit

Condo was perfect location for us. Clean, comfortable and host was quick to respond to any questions. Easy access for senior with mobility issues. Parking close and elevator right outside front door. Great location along the channel.

Everything went as expected. Great place! The only downfall is that this unit is not truly waterfront. Still, well worth considering.

The condo was nice! The master bed was so comfy too! Plenty of space everywhere. The location couldn’t be better! It really is in a prime location. The view from our balcony was beautiful, absolutely beautiful. You can see the bridge and watch boats ride through. The beach is pretty private and a great spot

Everything was great but the beds could use new mattress

Could use a few more trash bags and guest bedroom doesn’t get super cool view was great more shade on patios would of been bonus love being close to elevator and walking distance to restaurants Ect would definitely come back

We had a relaxing time with the family on the lake in a well located and clean condo!
