Our cozy condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, which is equipped to accommodate up to 6 guests, is perfect for the entire family. Live like a local when you grab food from Pike Place Market, enjoy a stroll in the Sculpture Park or easily hop on the ferry for stunning sightseeing. When you book this condo, take advantage of this incredible location and explore all that Seattle has to offer with ease. Sports fans this one is for you, located near football and baseball stadiums.

Relax and recharge after a day of fun in the Living Room with Smart TV. The Master Bedroom is equipped with a Queen bed, and features a large walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom (dual shower). The Guest Bedroom, equipped with a Queen bed as well, is accessible off the Living Room which is equipped with a fold out couch (Full size). The Guest Bathroom has only a shower.

Utilize the fireplace in the dining area for ambiance while you enjoy a meal and discuss Seattle favorites from the day. Enjoy views of the Puget Sound while drinking a morning cup of coffee on the private balcony located off the dining area.

Your apartment is part of an HOA community and guests will have access to community amenities such as hot tub, gym, rooftop, BBQ area. Please note that we can`t guarantee building amenities availability and operation during your stay.

PARKING:
*Two (2) assigned parking spaces (tandem) in the garage available for guest use. Garage clicker is required for entry.
*Street parking is available, metered parking with Mobil App usage. Please read street signs for parking regulations and restrictions to avoid ticketing.

1. Every resident must wait for the garage door to close after entering or leaving. This includes motor vehicles, motorcycles, bicycles and pedestrians entering/exiting through the garage door. If two or more vehicles are leaving in immediate succession, the last out is responsible for waiting. If two or more vehicles are entering in immediate succession, the first must allow the door to close to assure the second vehicle has a garage remote. If two vehicles are entering and leaving at the same time, the entering vehicle must wait. (No warning required for fine.)

2. Speed limit in the garage is 10 miles per hour. (No warning required for fine.)

***This property requires a $300.00 security deposit. It will be collected separately by us prior to your arrival. The $300 security deposit is a requirement to book a stay within the Homeowners Association of the Building. You will be required to upload your credit card into our secure guest portal for a $300 pre-authorization hold. The authorization will expire automatically after 5 days and your deposit returned in full if there are no violations/deductions. Upon receipt of a notice of a rule violation, the renter responsible for the violation will have to pay for the fine and agrees to have us charge your credit card for the fine imposed by the building HOA.

Building where this condo is located requires renter to sign a rental agreement (digitally) and provide a photocopy of a government issued ID for before check-in.

You will be required to retrieve the keys of your unit from the building concierge. For that, we will send you a digital template of their rental agreement where you have to fill out some information, provide your ID and sign.

Skyscrapers overlook Elliott Bay in Seattle’s compact Downtown. Shoppers buy local crafts and produce in vibrant Pike Place Market, with its eclectic restaurants and food stalls, or hit big-name stores like Nordstrom. The busy Central Waterfront has a giant Ferris wheel and the Seattle Aquarium, while cultural attractions in the wider area include the Seattle Art Museum and the 1928 Paramount Theatre.

Depending on your itinerary while in town, you can either rent a car or many guests rely on Uber and Lyft which are always available within minutes.

-It is a city apartment, you may hear traffic noise and activities on the waterfront, such as construction, train, pier and marina. Noise reduced when balcony door and windows are closed.
-Neighbors are extremely sensitive to excessive noise from renters. They will complain to the front desk, which will incur a $100 minimum fine passed on to the guest. Do not have loud parties. Do not play loud music. Keep voices low when on the patio.
-While there is a 24/7 front desk concierge, this condo is not a hotel and any problems specific to the unit must be addressed through Air Concierge. The front desk will not assist with problems such as WiFi, TV, Satellite operations/problems.
-There are quite a few stairs from the condo to get up to Pikes Market and the downtown area. Although there is a public elevator to avoid some of the stairs there are stairs that will need to be negotiated if you are walking to that area.

NO REFUNDS - Even the best or newest home has equipment that may occasionally malfunction and cannot be guaranteed operational 100% of the time. We promise to act immediately to remedy any issues, however, we do not relocate or issue refunds due to malfunctioning equipment or any other guest dissatisfaction or due to construction noise or any other items out of our control, unless the home is considered uninhabitable.

    A great place to stay! Everything we needed for a long weekend, very clean and all the amenities. Easy walking to the aquarium, giant Ferris wheel, restaurants and shops. Easy access to Lumen Field, T Mobile Park, Pikes Place, Space Needle and area via scooter or a short walk. Would definitely stay here again!

    The condo was very nice and quiet . It is located right on the waterfront near great parks and restaurants and the aquarium and only a few minutes walking from the Pike Street market. We parked our car in the garage and never used it. We took an Uber or Lyft to whatever we wanted to go and it was inexpensive, stress free, and we didn’t have to find parking wherever we went. Our host was very responsive to questions. The condo was clean and extremely comfortable. I rated it a 5 but would have gone higher if I could have.

    Check-in was good however it is in another building to the south of where you are going to stay. The location of the unit was excellent with an elevator and/or stairs right outside the lobby to get to Pike Market easily. And the main street in front of the building called Alaskan Way is right on the water with great views and easy access to the boardwalk shopping and the aquarium.

    Our family of five had an incredible stay at this VRBO in Seattle, just steps from the piers. The location was absolutely perfect—within walking distance to the Norwegian cruise ship port and the vibrant Seattle waterfront. We loved strolling to the bars, restaurants, and the aquarium, all right at our doorstep!Check-in was smooth, and the garage provided easy access with a quick elevator ride to the unit. The place itself was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our family, with plenty of room to relax. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and we had no issues during our stay.Claire and Daniel were fantastic hosts, checking in to ensure everything was going well. Their attention to detail made the experience even better. This was truly a five-star stay, and we highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Seattle!

    Great location and very convenient to the piers and Pikes Place Market. Check-in worked conveniently and the place was nice to stay in. There were a few administrative steps between booking and check-in but the host was helpful and accommodating in getting them completed.

    We stayed at your location the last week of March, 2025. The property is lovely, clean, and very convenient to local attractions (wheel, harbor, market, etc.) and restaurants. Cannot say enough about how we enjoyed our visit. Ready to go again!!!
