this is a great condo on the bay, third floor. we will definitely try to stay here again. very clean...the whole complex is very clean, thanks to groundskeeper kellie.there is a nice amount of room for a 2 bedroom place.one mention about the check in info...it arrives 1-2 days in advance. believe them when they say there are no extras of any supplies. be ready for your walmart visit.

The condo itself is very nice. Loved the shower in the master. Was not a fan of the fact that there were no curtains in the living room; we used the pull out for my two small sons and as soon as the sun came up they were out of bed and waking us up. Also did not like that there’s no check in desk nor full time security guard on property.

We loved the condo and the friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay and we will definitely stay here again.

The property itself was great, i loved the location and the condo we stayed in was very nice, however i will say i will never stay again. Lots of rules, we got there went up to get our parking passes and filled them out and by the time we got back to put them in the car the security person gave us parking violations and told us our cars were fixing to get towed. They didn't even give us enough time to get them and put them back in our cars, also had 2 unexpected visits while we were there one from a plumber for a yearly inspection (during peak season?) and then one from some TV and internet company which was inconvenient.

This property is perfect! The building is fairly small, so there aren’t a ton of condos/people. The property is very well groomed, and the rental itself was huge and very clean. The rental had everything we needed and then some! They definitely thought of what vacationers would want and need. I loved the location, as well. Stunning views from a large private balcony! Rental company was very attentive, friendly and responsive. I would totally recommend this place!!

This location is fantastic!!! Much more activity watching the boats come in and out of the bay instead of a Gulf view!! We will definitely be back!!

We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect, and the condo is beautiful and peaceful. It had everything we needed and then some!

Beautiful condo. Plenty of room. Had everything that was needed. Entire property was clean. The 2 security guards were very nice and helpful. The older white security guy had some great dad jokes. Ha. We will 100 percent consider staying here in the future Condo #307

Very nice condo, great location, not too crowded. Only suggestion I would have would be more bath linens, with 6 people and going to beach and showering more we had to wash a lot. We would definitely choose to stay here again and we come once a year at least.

We really enjoyed stay! It was quiet, close to great restaurants and grocery stores, tastefully decorated, very clean and the pool was great! We will definitely stay there next time!
