The wall of windows on the beach side and east side of the condo will provide amazing panoramic views of the sunrise and sunset.
r>The owner has made the unit handicap friendly with the following features: Sloped entrance way to make it easy for wheel chairs and walkers to make the step through easier to navigate, Oversized shower and expanded space in the guest bath, Master bed is on a platform instead of box spring to allow lifts to access underneath the platform, no rugs in den or bedrooms or dining area to make movement easier, Reduced furniture in Master to allow navigation on both sides of the bed, master bedroom mattress raises and lowers on both head and foot sections. While not fully ADA compliant this condo with open spaces and easy access features will assist those in wheelchairs and their families with a relaxing vacation.

The master bedroom features a king bed, private bathroom, direct access to the balcony and floor to ceiling windows overlooking the beach. The second bedroom hosts 2 full beds and is directly adjacent to the unit's second bathroom. The common area of the unit hosts a queen sleeper sofa.

Watercrest condominiums offers a heated pool, hot tub, tennis court, gym and many more enjoyable amenities. Watercrest is located on the quiet end of PCB near the St Andrew's State Park.

The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
RentMyBeachPlace stocks a few essential items for you to utilize until you can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.
