Watercrest 1405- Free Beach Chairs!

This newly updated beachfront paradise at Watercrest condominiums will ensure every moment of your stay is one to remember. The master bedroom of Watercrest 1405 features breathtaking gulf views, a king bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom features two queen beds with access to the units second bathroom. The common area also hosts two fold down futon sofas. Watercrest condominiums is located on Thomas Drive in the Lower Grand Lagoon area of Panama City Beach, centrally located to manyof PCBs best restaurants and numerous attractions!

Watercrest is located on the east end of Thomas Drive in the Lower Grand Lagoon section of Panama City Beach. Great Restaurants like Pineapple Willy's, Patches, Schooner's, Dat Cajun Place, The Grand Marlin, Captain Anderson's, Andy's Flour Power and J Michael's make dining out super easy while on vacation in the area.

The owners provide guest with a FREE 2 person cabana chair and umbrella on the beach for guest to use during their stay (Mid March - Late October only).

St. Andrews State Park is 5 mins away and the family can enjoy hiking, sunbathing, and numerous activities at the beach area of the state park. The St. Andrews Marina is just 10 mins away and fishing excursions and dolphin tours are bookable on any given day. For the golfers in the group there are numerous golf courses just 15 mins away.

The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
RentMyBeachPlace stocks a few essential items for you to utilize until you can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.
