Provincetown, Massachusetts
This recently renovated 520 sf top-floor 1br/1ba condo is located in newly developed beachfront association and offers bay views of MacMillan Pier, Long Point and beyond. Key features include: vaulted ceilings; abundant natural light; new granite/stainless kitchen; tiled bathroom; high efficiency split system offering heat and A/C; views of the Monument; on-site association laundry; and just steps to the beach.
Great location in town and amazingly quiet considering its location. As a chef, the full sized refrigerator and oven made it a great location )for the price) to do some recipe testing. Would definitely stay here again.
This is a great location to all the shops, food and nightlife of Provincetown. Listing will accommodate 3 guests, but charges for more than 2 without additional bedding. Location is very noisy into the night as it sets right in the heart of Provincetown. It was very confusing to checkin to know where to go for unit access and requires two sets of wooden stairs to get to the apartment. Plan accordingly for luggage and is not handicap accessible. Not easy parking but it is close; you’ll have to drop off luggage in the street and then park. The apartment itself is very nice and cute and the location was amazing.
Perfectly placed across from Patio and easy access to everything. Just right for a couple to enjoy Provincetown whether you want to take part in everything Ptown has to offer or just relax and enjoy the views.
Perfect for what we needed! Bright and clean with minimal decor, modern appliances, and comfortable temperature control. Surprisingly quiet for being in the center of town on Commercial Street. Private access to the beach and right next to the pier. We couldn't figure out how to access the apartment from the street without walking through the Mexican restaurant downstairs but it didn't matter. The guy running the restaurant was very friendly and the food was delicious (we ate there twice). Great communication with the property owner/manager. The only challenge was finding the private parking spot, despite the detailed map provided, which was a few blocks away. We had a great time and we highly recommend this property to other couples.
The property was perfect for the 3 of us. It had beach access and was centrally located around great places to shop and eat. Overall all three of us agreed that we would stay at this property again without question.
This apartment was the perfect size, perched right above Commercial Street and on the beach. Not only was it convenient to all, it was beautifully decorated and well-appointed for our stay. Double bonus for having a parking spot nearby. You do walk through a small eatery to get into the apartment but don't be deterred. The staff is friendly and we loved having a (delicious) quick bite option right downstairs. We would return in heart beat!
The place was very clean and attractive. But a few tweaks to the property would make it much nicer. Mostly, The bed really needs a headboard and better light control in bedroom. Also a more sound restrictive window above bed Trash pickup for local restaurants starts every morning at 7am. Every day. Otherwise, location is great. Right in center of town
Great place. Very central. Perfect. Would stay again next year and bed so comfy!
This is a third floor unit atop a restaurant on Commercial Street. My bad that I didn't realize just how many steps I'd have to climb. Lugging luggage up the outside steps was a pain. There is a small area (maybe 6' by 6') at the top where you can sit and people watch Commercial Street while simultaneously watching Mc Millan Pier and the bay The unit itself is surprising large with the queen bed in an alcove with sloped ceilings. The A/C works well. All in all, I'd stay again but plan my trips up and down those damn stairs more efficiently. .
This place is wonderful and I had a great time in P’Town! I felt like a local in my li’l downtown apartment. I was concerned about noise but it WAS NOT an issue. Super-private and BRIGHT & AIRY (read: if you need it DARK this is NOT THE PLACE for you) … but I loved its open, airy feel. Only critique is that I wish they would stock coffee for the coffeemaker, so late-night arrivals wouldn’t have to leave for that first cuppa joe the next morning! It’s also up 2 (somewhat) rickety & narrow flights of stairs, so keep that in mind should you require more accessible accommodations. Finally, it was hard to store a bike, and you have to walk thru a Mexican restaurant’s outdoor area to access the apartment, but those are minor annoyances. The overall picture is that this is a great place to stay and worth the money.
Lisa’s property is so convenient from the pier if you arrive by ferry and extremely close to all of the shops and restaurants that Commercial Street has to offer. Not only that, but there’s a path directly to the beach. My husband and I brought our Goldendoodle for a few nights and we were all plenty comfortable in the studio. The kitchen and bathroom were recently updated and very clean. We would certainly stay again!
My partner and I stayed for a long weekend in May. Had an amazing time, this place is great! Super clean and comfortable, perfect for two people. Right on the beach at the center of town. Zero complaints!
