Water View Dauphin Island Condo w/ Boat Slips

It had a beautiful view. It was very clean and nice. There was shopping nearby. It was a nice getaway.

We loved our stay! This home was in the perfect location. We were able to walk to three different restaurants. It was also very easly to access the walking path and the beach. The kayak launch right next door was so convenient. The condo was large and spacious and had everything we needed, including a fantastic coffee bar! The view was spectacular and we even caught view of a full rainbow from the porch. I would definitely stay here again.

House & location was great. Plan to be back in March.

This was a perfect getaway location to just relax and enjoy the views. The sunrise and sunsets were beautiful. We loved the balcony area and all the seating that is available. The condo was well stocked with games and dishes. I loved the coffee bar, it was well stocked with both k-cups and ground coffee to use, depending on which you preferred. The extra little touches (extra toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo and conditioner, etc) lets you know the host put a lot of thought into making you feel welcome.I would definitely recommend this condo to my friends and family.

The gulf was partially visible but it was not advertised as “on the beach” so it was exactly as we expected. My husband really enjoyed the fishing dock. I enjoyed relaxing with coffee on the deck.

The condo was very clean and comfortable with several convenient items for a day at the beach (chairs, small cooler, cart, etc). The closest beach access was closed (I guess because it was mid-Oct) so we had to walk to Bienville Beach. The view of the marsh from the deck was great and very quiet.

Beautiful views, roomy, comfortable, and stocked with all the essentials plus more. Great location! Great place to stay with kids!

Perfect location!! Impeccably clean with all the amenities! Close to some beach shops, pizza/wings, wine bar, ice cream. Across the street from public beach. Pool is lovely and steps from the condo. They offer decks of cards, games, movies, beach towels, pool noodles, cooler and cookware. The best location on the beach for everything!! Very responsive hostess if any questions or issues. 10 stars!

This condo is fabulous! We really enjoyed the view from the deck looking out over Heron Bay. It was the perfect spot to witness Dauphin Island's glorious sunsets. The condo was perfect for our group. Clean and spacious, we were pleasantly surprised by the coffee bar, snacks, and other complimentary amenities. Highly recommended!

Beautiful and spacious condo central to everything in the island! Right across the road from the beach. The kind hosts also provided a plethora of beach towels, toys and beach chairs! Great experience!!! Highly recommend!

This condo is great. Perfect location for quick access to many of the island's points of interest with a kayak launch directly adjacent to the property. The property was very clean, the bed were comfortable, and the views of both the bay and the gulf were awesome each morning.

This place was exactly everything I was looking for! No need to pack anything for the beach because they've got you covered! Beach chairs, umbrella, towels, wagon, beach toys and pool floats/goggles are all there! The elevator was so useful, the designated parking spot under the house as well as the water hose to rinse off right there was all so helpful for me and my boys! We had a wonderful time!

We loved the roominess of the unit. The deck was great. And the view made me day-dream of living there!

Beautiful place. Owner was very responsive & respectful of our time there. The place has everything you need. We had a rain day, so we enjoyed some of the board/card games they have in the unit.

Went for a long weekend with two families (5 kids range 10-12). Condo was perfect - spacious, comfortable and perfectly located in the middle of the island near beach and restaurants. Hosts provided lots of extra amenities. We plan to return!

We stayed here for my grandfather’s 100th birthday party. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Next time we are in Dauphin Island we will definitely book this place again.

Perfect location to everything on the island. Everything was spotless and had a brand new balcony. Owner was quick to respond to any messages. Easy walking distance to restaurants and the beach.

Everything was perfect for our girls weekend. We had great communication with our host and knew exactly what we needed to do at check in. Condo was well equipped with everything we could need. Beautiful, spacious and clean, good location to middle beach and restaurants.

Clean home and also everything you could possibly think you needed is already in the house! Which made the trip even more relaxing. Owner was very responsive as well. Great stay!
