Stayed Jul 19, 2025Overall look of property was good. But, somethings were left unclean. There were nasty sheets left on sofa bed. The comforter in closet had a stain. The outside balcony light didnt work.

Stayed Jun 11, 2023I expected more for the price, but maybe that’s standard for the area. The unit looked and smelled clean when we arrived, but after being there an hour or so our feet were filthy. It didn’t seem like the unit had been mopped in awhile. Like I said, everything about the stay was fine. And the view was fantastic. The major issue I have is the email I received ahead of our arrival was that we would need to pay a $30 registration fee upon check in for our parking pass and wristbands. The front desk at the unit was manned by security staff who didn’t seem familiar with interacting with guests and we were charged $50 for registration and wristbands. I double checked the email I received to verify the $30 fee and it was listed as $30. When I reached out to the property host they responded via email that “they were sorry for the confusion, but the information was not wrong. The charge is $50.” It was extremely frustrating that they did in fact send the wrong info to me and wouldn’t even try to make it right.

Stayed May 18, 2023The room was pretty nice and clean. Maybe needs some air fresheners. Had a few things that need work done like the wfront door lock and the closet door was off the tracks but they didn’t hinder our stay. The balcony had a great view of the beach and the strip. Has a great amount of room. Would suggest to others

Stayed Apr 19, 2023The place was nice, but I could not see it accomodating 6 people as advertise at the most 4. The Tub in the bathroom could use a anti slip mat or anti slip tape added. There was a ironing board but no iron. After contacting the Host a new iron was delivered on the 3rd day of my stay.

Stayed May 13, 2022PCB isn’t our normal destination, but because we had a wedding to attend, we made the venture. The condo was exactly what we thought it would be and what we needed. The only thing we didn’t like was the location. It really wasn’t a family oriented environment. Loud music until late at night was tough with young children trying to sleep.
