Stayed Feb 1, 2025Nice place for the two of us for winter break.I think this would normally be a quiet area during “normal” times. Due to the past hurricanes in this development there was a lot of construction and repair work going on in condos all around us. So a bit noisy the two months we were there. Once this is over I’m sure it’s very quiet. Condo was very nice.No carbon monoxide detector provided but we brought our own.

Stayed Feb 1, 2024I stayed two months, my son for 2 weeks, my daughter 1week. The unit is very nice, the pool and hot tub are on the bay(pool is heated) very quiet inside and out. The owner is very attentive and helpful. I would not hesitate to stay again.
