Stayed Jul 19, 2025Too many stairs. Does not sleep 4. Studio apartment, not one bedroom. Poor bed set-up, only one side of bed is open to floor and too high. Two of three cereal bowls were chipped. Crumbs under the couch cushion. Enjoyed the deck decor and view. Liked the combo washing machine and dryer.

Stayed May 16, 2025What can you say….. place is amazing, close enough to either downtown or the boardwalk and beach, yet tucked back so when you are there it is nothing but piece and quite. Bob, is amazing host and is quick to respond to anything you need. Check in was great and even let us in early. We loved the decor throughout the condo. Will be our spot to stay every time we go back to OC.

Stayed Sep 17, 2024This spot is a little treasure. Tucked away in a nice quiet neighborhood with about a 10 min walk to the main strip. Perfect size for me and my girlfriend with plenty of amenities.
