Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is terrific. Beach wagon very helpful for transferring chairs and umbrellas. Management agents were very responsive. Trade winds make for a terrific breeze throughout the unit. But be careful to secure the doors open or they will slam from the winds. Unit was very clean but could use a little updating.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spent one month with my family in this unit and overall, was very pleased with our stay. The location is excellent, short walking distance to all the shopping and restaurants in Waikiki, while located on a low traffic street. Morning sunrise views of Ala Wai canal were gorgeous. The furniture and fixtures in the apartment are a bit dated, but everything was clean and functional. The kitchen was well-stocked with cookware and utensils. Very convenient to have dishwasher and washer/dryer in the unit, as well as a reserved parking space. Needs more more lighting, especially in the living room and at the dining table. Street noise is quite loud due to the location and louvered windows, but it’s to be expected given the location. A/C is noisy. Had a few issues with the ongoing construction in the building, but was very satisfied with the quick response from property management to make things right. Very nice rooftop with 360 views and swimming pool, and plenty of seating and BBQ facilities. Overall, we had a really nice visit and would stay here again!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ok size but in need of upgraded windows (slate glass does not mitigate street noise and howling wind sounds like a howling ghost) - need replacing with updated windows. Family room glass sliding door is one opening away from falling out of its tracks and crashing to pieces - needs to be replaced. Dryer vented onto counter, now venting behind dryer onto the floor - needs a lint capture receptacle. One washlet was broken and the other one did not work adequately. Wall A/C very loud - need quieter Split Air units. Nice digital lock for main door. TV in bedroom worked sometimes. Parking space was adequate but drive up to space (six levels) was daunting as people double parked in the floor transition space making turning very difficult - a lot of evidence of cars hitting the wall trying to make turn. Location along canal was extremely noisy due to non stop EMS vehicles and traffic. Nice view of Manoa Valley, Canal, and partial view of Diamond Head. Won't stay here again due to noise level.
