This charming coastal themed 2-bedroom 2 bath vacation rental will have you returning year after year. The master bedroom offers a luxurious king bed and ensuite bath with walk-in shower, and breathtaking ocean views- wake up each morning to the sight of the sea and ocean waves. The second bedroom offers 2 full- size beds and adjacent full bath. The living room offers a sofa and matching loveseat, so cozy! The kitchen is quite large and is equipped with stainless steel appliances, drip & Keurig coffee maker. The chef of the family will be pleased. The condo offers a large dining room table, which is great for those who love having a game night with the family.
SeaSpray offers 3 refreshing pools (pools are open daily from 9am until dusk), a hot tub, well-equipped fitness center, kayak rack, tennis/pickleball courts, propane grill house and private boat launch. With a traffic-controlled pedestrian walkway you can enjoy both beach & boating!
Minimum age to rent is 25.

Parking passes are managed by VRPS (Vacation Rental Parking). Guest will receive an invitation to register up to 2 vehicles per condo: $55.00 plus tax, per vehicle, per stay. Any vehicles not registered will be ticketed, booted or towed at owner's expense.
Boat/Trailer registration fee is $350.00 per week or $55.00 per day.

    We had a great view The condo was clean and comfortable We Loved the location and ease of getting to and from the beach. My main complaint was the light over the dining room table. I called 3 times and the issue was never corrected. The maintenance person came up, determined it was a faulty switch and was told it would be replaced the next day. I called but by the end of our stay it was never replaced The other issue was the main clothes closet. There was a big Panama fan in the closet and we were unable to get in there to hang our clothes. The patio was another issue. I realize they are going through an upgrade due to the hurricane ; but there were trip hazards due to railing left on the patio. We ended up moving it out of the way ourselves. Another issue was a large puddle of water on the patio. I realize moisture gathers on the surface, but this was a large puddle that covered 75% of the floor surface. When I called to see if someone could come and mop it up or use a squidgy to push it off the patio I was told it’s the beach, basically deal with it. We ended up pushing the table over the largest part of the the puddle, but we had an elderly (86) person with us and we worried about the possibility of a slip and fall when walking out on the patio. Because of the those issues we will not be return to the Sea Spray Condos

    Well to summarize briefly…. My full review can be seen on Google reviews of SeaSpray. We checked in and noticed there was no soap or anything in the room for us as typically there is for all the condos we have ever stayed in at Perdido Key. So then my wife starts noticing other things like a pile of rust in the corner of the bathroom just laying there right after the cleaning crew has been there. That’s when my allergies begin to start flaring up and that’s when my wife noticed black mold around every vent in the condo. I’m allergic to mold and my face swelled and eyes are itchy and swelled. I attempted to contact the assistant property manager via email and also via the front desk lady leaving her a message and no response. The maintenance man responded and cleaned up the mold but it took 3 days to fix and still yet to have a response from management. To say the least we were EXTREMELY disappointed.

    The unit was very clean and really nice balcony with very comfortable chairs and the table to enjoy the view of the ocean! Hope to come again!

    This was first trip since the pandemic and it was absolutely amazing. The unit was well equipped and the amenities were all enjoyable. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to have a pleasant beach trip.

    My husband, two kiddos, and I had an amazing Spring Break at SeaSpray in Perdido Key Beach. Our condo had plenty of space, was very clean, and had everything we needed for the week. We never had to wait long for the elevator. The beach was never too crowded. Stores, shops, and restaurants were nearby and conveniently located. The office staff was so nice and answered any questions I had prior to our trip. We plan to stay here again in the near future!
