Enjoy cocktails on our large rooftop deck which boasts gas grill, granite counter, refrigerator, outside gas fireplace and ample seating. The 4th of July fireworks are always amazing from the rooftop!!
We offer one driveway car space with plenty of front street parking.
Our location is truly paramount. The condo is located on a quiet street, yet close to many of the best attractions Coronado has to offer. Our condo, with its ideal location, was selected with lots of love!
Prices change according to the season. Summer rentals which include June, July and August range from $18,000.00 -$20,000. Holiday pricing is reflected in Summer quotes.
Off Season is $8000.00 per month. For longer term rentals, utilities will be negotiated which include electric , gas, and water.
Departure cleaning fee $375.00, non refundable.
Security deposit $3,500.00 - Pet deposit $200.00 - pet fee $15.00 per day
This is a beautiful well maintained home. Might be the best location on the island, 2 blocks to restaurants and shopping with a short 3 block walk to the beach. The upstairs deck is perfect for cocktails and grilling dinner. Fully stocked kitchen, everything worked well including the washer/dryer and HVAC. Can’t wait to visit again.
My family of 4 spent the last month at this wonderful vacation rental and highly recommend it for a variety of reasons. First, the rental is five stars. It's clean, well kept and has plenty of storage. It also has plenty of what you need...a kitchen that has anything one needs to prepare meals, a bbq grill and beach toys. Second, the location can't be beat. It's a five-ten minute walk to the beach, a five minute walk to Orange Ave. and a five minute walk to the grocery. My kids loved the convenience. If you're looking for a well kept rental that has everything you'll need plus a great location, this is it!

I absolutely love this place. I stayed for almost two months for work. This home was magnificent. Excellent real estate. Definitely recommend. The rooftop deck is the icing on the cake.
