Winter in Vermont is why people come here — and you’re right where the action is. The condo is close to the mountain with easy access to skiing, snowboarding, and winter trails.

Just a short drive away, Thundering Brook Falls is still worth a visit in winter — the boardwalk makes it an easy walk, and the frozen waterfall is impressive (and very Vermont).

For exploring off the slopes:

Woodstock – charming winter town with great cafés, including Mon Vert Café

Manchester – cozy shops, bookstores, and outlets

Quechee Gorge – dramatic winter views

Burlington – a bit farther, but great food, Lake Champlain views, and winter energy

Nearby you’ll also find a nature center and a racetrack, depending on the season and events.

Free shuttles The Barrel Rider are available to and from area restaurants and nightlife.

Killington The Bus runs to base areas only in winter.

Summer: Outdoor pool is open in the summer only. There are also 3 grills and a fire pit for communal use near the pool.

Hops on the Hill Restaurant and Black Dog Sports (great for shopping and rentals) are located in Building 3 of Mountain Green.

Our 3 bed, 2 full bath condo unit is located in the Mountain Green Resort Condo Complex located at the top of the Killington Access Road - the best location in Killington. Walking distance to Snowshed and Ramshead base areas, short drive to other base areas.

Sleeping arrangements: 3 bedrooms total - 2 bedrooms, each with a deluxe pillow top queen bed, 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds (not bunks). 1 sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a pack n play but please bring your own sheets if you plan to use the pack n play.

This unit has a 65 HD smart LG TV with Soundbar, fast wi-fi, fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster.

Please note: We do not have Cable TV but we do have Xfinity and Roku streaming services where you get many free and some local channels.

There is heating but no air conditioning at the condo unit. The thermostats control the heat. There are 3 oscillating fans available for use. New windows and living room sliders easily open for ventilation as well.

Ample free onsite parking, public app (paid) operated washing machines and dryers.

Resort Spa on-site amenities including 54-foot heated indoor swimming pool, 2 hot tubs, sauna, eucalyptus steam room, full gym w/ weight room and cardio machines, racquetball court, locker/changing room w/ showers, massages available for additional fee w/ appt.

Killington Resort includes Killington & Pico mountains with over 190 trails, 29 lifts, and the highest lift-served terrain in the state of VT. With an average of 250 of natural snowfall every season, this exceptionally diverse terrain is an East Coast skiing paradise. Killington offers classic winter activities like boarding and skiing, as well as sleigh rides, tubing, snowshoe tours, and scenic gondola rides.

In the summer, walk to Snowshed's Summer Adventure Center for kayaking and paddle boarding, indoor arcade, mountain bike, ride the Beast Mountain Coaster and Zip Line Racer, climb the 4-story Skye Ropes Course, explore the lush terrain by ATV or Segway Tours, and much, much more. Go fishing or rent a kayak in one of the nearby rivers, local ponds or lakes. Hike the wildflower-laden path. Rent a mountain bike and fly down the once snow-covered trails to get your adrenaline pumping. The Killington Golf Course is right next door and the Green Mountain National Golf Course is only 9 miles away. Close to VT Long Trail, the Appalachian Trail and Thundering Brook Falls (small waterfall on boardwalk path through marshland).

*Please note the fireplace is electric, remember to turn it off upon departure.

Ample free parking is available onsite. Walking distance to Killington Mountain Snowshed and Ramshead base areas. Short drive to other base areas. There is a shuttle that runs between the resort and the ski areas during the winter months.

Walking distance to some restaurants (including the Killington Distillery and the onsite Hops on the Hill) and shops (onsite Black Dog Sports) and a short drive to additional shopping and eateries.

10 minute drive to Pico Mountain. 30 minute drive to Okemo Resort. 2 hours from Burlington, VT, 3 hours from Montreal.
