Stayed Jun 27, 2024My sister and i celebrated our bday together her 53 me 61 the place was clean smelled cleaned and to boot the staff was amazing and sooo friendly from texting me to ask if everything was ok and if i had any question to contact them yes i will most likely come back again!!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great place, very affordable and in a very good location. The management company was beyond great, especially that we had a more delicate situation where our previous accommodation didn't work and we needed to find something urgently, they were very helpful. My only concern about this unit was the pretty soiled carpet from the bedrooms and the area rug in the living room, other than that very nice place with very comfy beds.Thank you!

Stayed Aug 4, 2023We had a lovely time in our favorite neighborhood. This is the third time we have chosen this complex and it's for good reason. So convenient to everything. This unit has the most comfortable beds and pillows. Very straight forward (nothing superfluous) and easy to settle-in to. There is very little privacy in this unit because of it's location & my only negative is that no coffee was provided. I would have loved to have had at least 1 or 2 to start our first morning after our late arrival the previous day.

Reviewer Comments: kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pans, coffee pot, toaster, etc.Great location, walk out to pool and 1st floor.Received text from one number and couldn't respond had to use different number. Made it a little difficult. instructions came to one, then used other to text. Said number no longer used, but kept getting text from number. Only draw was room had trash on floors partially under bed and dresser. Master bathroom had not been cleaned well. toothpaste still in sink. Over all very nice. Would have like to have had extra blanket/throw...thin bedspread. I Just like covers.

Stayed May 30, 2022We enjoyed the location of the property. It’s relatively close to Grayton Beach State Park, Seaside, Grayton but still feels like you’re away from the crowd at night. The property was clean and we had no issues. We enjoyed our stay.
