Stay steps away from Atlanta’s top spots — the Beltline, Freedom Park Trails, Krog Street Market, MARTA, and a variety of acclaimed restaurants are all within half a mile.

Our light-filled condo offers a spacious living area and two cozy bedrooms. Step out onto the large private deck — the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring the city.

Whether you`re here for work or play, we’re confident you’ll feel right at home.
My condo is full of charm and nestled among single-family homes, offering a peaceful and private stay. With only three other units on the property, you`ll enjoy a quiet, intimate atmosphere.

The home features two comfortable bedrooms—one with a king bed and the other with a queen. For groups of 3 to 4, please note that bed sharing may be necessary. There’s also a sofa bed, best suited for children or shorter stays. Arrangements linen must be made ahead of time to use the sofa bed.
Guests are welcome to use the shared patio space — a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening with a glass of wine.

Plenty of street parking is available on this quiet residential street. Off-street parking can also be arranged in advance if needed.
Inman Park is a leafy area known for its food scene. Hip brunch spots, cafes and wine bars cluster around the Eastside BeltLine Trail, a converted railway line popular with walkers and cyclists. There`s also Krog Street Market, with artisan bakeries and food stalls in a refurbished factory. The area’s history as Atlanta’s first planned suburb is reflected in its Victorian homes and landscaped Springvale Park.

Bicycle and walking are the best way to get around as most attractions are just minutes away.

• Pets: We love animals! To maintain a clean and allergy-free space for all guests, we do not accept cats. Excessive barking dogs are not allowed. All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. Bringing an unregistered pet or cat will result in a $1000 penalty. Please confirm if you’re traveling with a pet and update your reservation accordingly.

    Condo was exactly as pictured and described. Very clean and well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Having a Keurig was a plus. Beds were comfortable. The property is up a flight of stairs which is well lit at night. Parking is on the street. Host lives on street level property and offered to allow us to unload and load the car in their driveway. Walking distance to thr Krog Marketplace. Very close to the Carter Presidential Library and King Center. Would recommend.

    We took great advantage of the excellent location, which is in a very quiet residential neighborhood only 5 minute walk from the Krog Market and entertainment district.

    I have never been to Atlanta. We were in town to take my 16yo daughter to see Billie Ellish. We had a fantastic stay here. Friends recommended we stay in Innman Park. It was walking distance away to many restaurants. I’m taking like maybe a 5 minute walk. It seemed to be a safe neighborhood and we felt safe to walk back at night on a Saturday night after dinner. Lyft rides downtown were about $15. The house is exactly as shown. The beds are comfortable and you have everything you need. Towels are soft. We brought toiletries but shampoo and conditioner were provided. I liked having a washer and dryer and was able to go home with zero dirty laundry. The internet worked well and they even have an inkjet printer for use if needed. An amenity I haven’t had at a house before. Not that I needed it but thought the option was a good one. We really enjoyed our stay and will again stay here when we are in town watch our NFL team take on the Falcons. A trip I’ve been meaning to plan and now when I do, we have the perfect place to come visit again.

    The property was great and the hosts could not have been more helpful. We were able to walk to all restaurants with a terrific variety. The Beltline which was only a few blocks away gave us and our dog a fun place to walk. I would highly recommend.
