Walk to Town! Gatlinburg Condo w/ Mountain Views

This place was absolutely perfect for our family weekend. Host was super helpful. And would definitely stay here again!

The thermostat was a little difficult to get to work. The sink in the queen bathroom was extremely slow draining and the lamp was broke. The view was not great but the balcony was large. Parking is definitely not big enough for the number of guests. Overall it was a nice place to stay

I normally don’t leave bad reviews however this booking was disappointing. Walked in to a dirty diaper behind inside air unit very easy to see and lacks proper locks on back patio. Property manager had me send pictures to prove the dirty diaper was actually there instead of apologizing and sending someone immediately. Did not feel safe in area we were in to walk to restaurants . Would not stay here again .

If you want a place to stay in Gatlinburg that’s clean, spacious and within walking distance of downtown Gatlinburg, this is the place to stay! We spent seven nights in this condo and really enjoyed our stay. Although it’s close to downtown, it was quiet at night with a family-friendly atmosphere. The beds were comfortable and the AC was nice and cool. My son liked hanging out at the pool. Unfortunately, the facility hot tub was closed for repairs, but it looked like it would be ready to reopen this summer. We also enjoyed sitting in rocking chairs on the balcony. Gary, our contact person, was also very prompt in answering my texts. This condo is an excellent value. I would recommend it to anyone!

The condo was in a great location for exploring all over Gatlinburg. Easy walking distance to lots of fun things or to the trolley stop. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very nicely updated and the condo had everything we needed for our 5 night stay.

Easy walk to the strip and all of the activities. Stayed here with my family, and we had a great time. Would stay again.

Wow, this really is a great place to stay, got in late from a long drive, wasn’t thinking straight, was a bit confused about my accommodations, so I called my contact person, can you believe this guy answered the phone at 1 am, needless to say, he got me taken care of. I truly enjoyed my stay at this place, it really felt like home, oh yeah, I did have an encounter with a bear, and I do thank Jeff (the maintenance man) and his son for helping me out in that situation.

Owner and rental company were wonderful and addressed all of our issues and concerns.

Condo was great. Fit our family well. Balcony was awesome for relaxing at the end of the day and having coffee on the morning.

The property was nice. It was great that this was one of the few units with a balcony. The parking wasn't ideal, but it worked out.

Honestly, it was the best bed and pillows! I slept better than at home! Also, it was a very well taken care of condo. The A/C was COLD! I slept in the queen bed and my daughter & her husband had the King bedroom. The rooms were very clean! Tip: The A/C in the LR area also has a vent added to blow into the king bedroom, BUT!! Dont close the door to that room, it wont cool down too cool. Leave that bedroom door open esp at night and it will be very cold! ?The showers had very good water pressure! Toilets flushed very good too! They also had a decent supply of paper goods to get you started! The balcony was very nice and a good size! I liked that we had a code to unlock our door! Also Mr. Gary was a very pleasant person and on top of things! Answered his text and calls immediately! Even For simple questions! ? THANK YOU VERY MUCH! The pool and hot tub were clean and very nice! As far as the walk to downtown shops, its a good lil walk and with the incline, long as you are in pretty good physical shape, its ok. Now, I probably have one complaint, I drive a Ram 1500 truck, the turn in to their parking was NOT easy for me and to come out, you had to be extra careful!! Its very awkward. And driving up the hill to park close to the condo is kinda TIGHT! Esp in a truck! Getting in a space then trying to get out was stressful for me. Other than that, ITS A PERFECT SPOT for vacation! A great place to sleep and enjoy! I will definitely consider it the next trip! Oh one last thing, the price wasn't too bad, but its ALL the other fees added that makes it a bit higher cost. Overall its still a good deal and a great place to stay! We truly enjoyed it. I hope this review gives you peace of mind, in considering to book it, it’s truly worth staying there! Room was 310. ?

This was our first trip to Gatlinburg, and I kept reading about the traffic and that the ability to walk to activities and restaurants was important. This condo was listed as being conveniently located with easy access to everything Gatlinburg has to offer, and we were pleased to find it was absolutely true! The condo was also extremely clean and has been newly renovated. The beds were very comfortable and the HVAC units worked very well. The balcony was nice and provided a lovely view of the Smoky MountainsBoth the concierge service and the owner were very responsive when I had a couple of questions upon arrival. The only minor issue, which is nothing the condo owner has any control over, is the garbage pick up occurs multiple times a week at 2:45 am, and the master bedroom is right above the pick up area. Light sleepers could find this irritating so bring some earplugs with you. Overall we were very happy with our stay and our experience with the owner. We would stay here again!
