Walk to town and lifts, on the river, beautiful 2br condo

The photographer that took pictures of this one deserves a Pulitzer. That said, convenient to the lifts and a great host.

Clean! Easy access. Didn’t use amenities.

Everything was great

Great condo overlooking a creek but still super close to town. Comfortable and sizable enough for two families of 4. Location just two blocks from Main Street. Would stay again!

We stay in Breckenridge every year for the fourth in different condos. This was a great option to be walkable to town but not feel like you're surrounded by traffic. The sounds of blue river echo through the condo and allow for fishing right outside the door when the little ones are napping.

Excellent location, easy walk to town. Loved the deck that faced the river. Three bathrooms fantastic! Fun playing cards/games at large dining table. Pool was close by. Temperature of pool was great.

Top notch place to stay. We loved the view and sound of the stream below the deck. Wish we could have stayed longer. The folks who support this property are very gracious. I highly recommend it if you are considering Breck!!

Accommodations were great, a short walk to the quicksilver lift or to town.

Unit was in good condition. Our family of middle schoolers choose to walk to the quick silver lift with our gear. The only challenge here is the steep descent down to cross the river. The multiple thermostats on the baseboard heaters were a pain to locate and adjust to the desired temp. Wife was cold that first evening until we figured out manual mode was needed to override some schedule. There is a closet in the entryway that the key opened which we would have stored skis in if it were not for the fact it was literally stuffed full to the ceiling of what we assume to be the owners belongings. We would probably stay here again based off the ample space and proximity to lofts.

This location was perfect for our annual rendezvous for old friends getting together for skiing. Had everything we needed and wanted in a convenient location.

Well managed, good communication and accurate listing. Will stay again.

Location was great to ski lift. Everything was clean and kitchen well stocked.

Perfect for groups who need lots of individual beds.

Beautiful location on the river. Close to town. Trails nearby. This condo could use a deep clean, fresh paint, softer sheets, throw blankets, and fresh carpet.

Great little condo overlooking the river. Had everything we needed and the furniture was comfortable. The carpets could use a good cleaning, especially around the baseboards, but other than that it was clean and well-kept.

Would stay here again!

Well stocked, clean, ample space for families. Enjoyed daily ritual of coffee on the balcony as well as the hot tub! 5 minute walk to food and shopping Easy drive to 14er trailheads and other hikes.

Beautiful location on the river and in walking distance to downtown(and Isak the Breckenridge troll lol). Real nice, clean condo. I highly recommend
