This is an 872 sq feet condo unit set in a complex at an ideal location that is a few minutes' walk to the beach. Covered parking and proximity to the Airport are among the advantages of staying in this vacation home. The property is clean, comfortable, safe, and conveniently located on the 4th floor. It is designed to cater to various types of travelers: family or friend vacationers, business professionals, and snowbirds.
Featuring 2 bedrooms, this accommodation with a centralized air-conditioner offers a great and comfortable home base for a maximum of 5 adults to rest, relax, and take a quick ride to all the best local favorites. The master bedroom is furnished with a full-size bed, a 45" flat-screen TV, and has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo, while the guest bedroom has two single beds and an attached half bathroom. Both bedrooms are equipped with a wardrobe to store your personal belongings and a vanity mirror for everyday use for grooming. A foldable crib is available for use, making this condo a family-friendly rental. A guest toilet can be accessed from the family room and the guest bedroom.
The living/family room is set with two couches that can be used as an additional sleeping option for 1 adult. A 55" flat-screen TV with a cable connection, a CD player, a Playstation Console (PS4), and Netflix streaming services are readily available for entertainment. A balcony is also an extension of the unit, simply separated from the living room by a glass door, which is a space to leisurely sit around in. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking facilities, fridge, freezer, stove, microwave, and kettle for easy and quick food preparation throughout your stay. Beach equipment such as an umbrella, tent, and chairs are also provided and can be used for free. Guests can benefit from the free wifi, telephone, and on-site private parking.
Around a 40-minute drive away from the Miami International Airport, Le Cartier condo is pristine and classique and perfect for those who want a convenient place to stay. The area around Le Cartier is full of malls and restaurants scattered around a mile radius as well as being easy access to even more museums, shopping, spas, sports stadiums, golf, tennis, boating, and diving between Sunny Isles Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Miami Beach, and Delray Beach. It’s under 1 mile from Florida State Road A1A Collins Ave which leads to these popular areas. In addition, just a 2-min walk west of the building is the Senator Gwen Margolis Park where guests may quickly visit whenever in need of a walk. Furthermore, just an 8-minute drive away is the Haulover Beach Park which hosts a tennis court, golf course, dog park, and numerous picnic spots.
Here are some other things you need to know about my accommodation:
1. Guest online registration form is required to be completed for me to send you the check-in instructions 24hours before your arrival. Please make sure to read through my house rules and agree to them before confirming your reservation.
2. The maximum number of nights allowed to be booked is 14 nights. Please contact me first if you require more than 14 nights, do not book instantly.
3. The latest arrival time is at 11:00 PM as the process would need me to virtually open the entrance for you. If you are arriving later than 11:00 PM, please make sure to inform me in advance.
4. Security cameras are everywhere in the building/premises where my condo is located. We also have a “Ring” installed in the condo which guests can use to communicate directly with me in case of emergency by ringing the ring entry device.
5. Bicycle rental is available upon prior request. Kindly contact me for more info.
6. Early check-in as early as 8:00 AM is possible for an additional fee of $60 and subject to availability. A prior request is required.
7. Late check-out as late as 3:00 PM is possible for an additional fee of $60 and subject to availability. A prior request is required.
Location good near restaurants beach.
The host was very prompt in replying back to us. The only thing that was a negative, was that the whole week we were there, the propery management, not the host, had repairs going on with the water pipes and cosmetic stuff. The water was turned off, there were big chunks of cement in front of and around the parking garage from where they dug up the pipes. It made it inconvenient to get in and out of the garage. It was frustrating.
This property is in an older building but overall has been well taken care of! It was quiet while we were staying there and loved that the beach was within walking distance!

The property was in a central location to everything you could possibly need. The beach was within a short walking distance. A mall, also within walking distance, had an assortment of restaurants to keep you well fed if you chose to eat out or purchase food from a grocery store for the stay at home. The apartment was clean and easily served the purpose for the four of us enjoying Miami. An abundance of beach toys and shade gear were available for your needs. The area is certainly a safe location and walkable at all times of the dayl The best part of the stay was meeting Stan and his family at the beach. Awesome guy, Awesome host. A great place to stay.
The condo had everything we need. The walk to the beach is short. And most importantly we didn’t hear our neighbors. The pool isn’t crowded. The condo itself has a spacious kitchen, washer/dryer on the floor. Beds were comfortable. We liked everything and will stay again if in the area.

Everything we needed was within walking distance and the people who lived in the building were extremely nice.
Best Check-in ever, fast and easy, very good write instructions, very nice home, with all things requeried. Just take care to small details to enhance the experience, like fix shades, and courtesy items like toilet paper must be available.
We spend a week with our kids, everything was perfect! Place, condo, weather. Stan, the owner of the place, is the man! Answer all of our questions really quickly. I highly recommand to deal with this gentleman! Will go again in the future.
This apartment was perfect for our stay in Sunny Isles Beach, the beach was only a 5 minute walk away and is within walking distance of all kinds of amenities such as restaurants, supermarkets, cafés etc. The apartment itself is very well equipped and Stan is a great, communicative host. Would love to return some day!
