Stayed Jan 17, 2026Very cozy stay. You can definitely walk to Beech Mountain resort but it is a little bit of a trek. The place was clean, but could tell the previous stay likely had a pet with them as all of our stuff acquired a good bit of dog fur. Love the heaters in the bathrooms, very nice touch being able to warm them up before taking a shower! It was a little confusing as the guest contact given to us by VRBO wasn’t actually the correct person, but that was handled fairly quickly. Again great place and would stay here again for ease of walking to Beech!

Stayed Dec 25, 2025The property was perfectly located within Beech Mountain. Everything we needed was right in the condo. Loved that it was clean and pet friendly! Fred's Mercantile has corn for sale so we were able to feed the deer straight from the balcony.

Stayed Oct 17, 2025The place is somewhat run down, the floors were uneven, the sliding glass doors were inoperable. The place was clean, but needs updating. Parking was a challenge, the road isn't wide enough to pull out when other cars parked close to you. The beds were not comfortable, the master king's feet was higher than your head, had to sleep with 2 pillows. The queen was even worse. It was fine for a quick weekend, but not for any longer stay. The instructions for departure were confusing, 3 different ones, One posted on the refrigerator, one in the reference book and one listed on the email. We tried our best.

Stayed Jul 1, 2024Loved the condo and location, just had a hard time with 2 sets of stairs to get in and out of the building each time. With luggage, the dog, etc.. My knees were hurting.
