    The condo was everything promised in the ad. We were meeting our adult children and grand baby there. She had plenty of room to move around and the first floor location made getting the stroller in and out a breeze. The kitchen was well supplied and made making meals there very easy. The owner was responsive. As promised, it was easily walking distance downtown and to the base of the hill. The beds and pillows were harder than any in our group liked, but some like it that way.Would definitely stay again!

    The ac unit did not work so we had to sleep with either outside door cracked or sweat all night, the oven was broke so we had to order or eat sandwiches each meal. Room was clean and close to the ski lift, but was more upset with the few issues than location .

    Condo is short walk to slopes which was awesome. It was really difficult to heat the property. At first one of the master bedrooms felt like a sauna all night, and after contacting property management (which is extremely helpful and responds very quickly to all the problems) we couldn’t get the place warm enough. Property management agreed that there needs to be more instructions on where the main heat source is and how to operate it. Another issue was a leaking queen air mattress and the missing pump for both of the air mattresses upon check in. Again, property management helped us out with a pump. Over all nice set up, ski locker comes in handy.

    Great location next to Charter Sports Rental and Quicksilver lift. There was a problem regulating the temperature in the bedrooms, either too hot or too cold and hence hard to sleep. Found socks left under the bed. We could have used more towels since there were 4 of us. Hide-a-bed was very comfortable. It was very startling to have the cleaning lady suddenly open the door and walk in on me on our next to the last day.

    Positive: Great location with easy access to everything Breckenridge. Negatives: Noise from other condos and with heating system. Its certainly not the owners fault that we had very loud upstairs neighbors. However, even when the neighbors were just moving around their condo you could hear everything below. Personally i think its a bad build originally for the whole structure and they need to add some insulation. Next, the pipes in the bedrooms for what i presume were the heating made extremely loud noises all night while running even while running white noise app on cell phone to try to overlay the noise. So overall, if you stay at this property i would very much recommend staying on the top floor to eliminate neighbor noise; not sure how to solve the pipes issue. The location is fantastic and its top aspect.
