Aboutthe Space:
This condo offers a bright, nicely decorated space, with new flooring throughout. It is a spacious 1240 sq. ft. open floor plan with living area, dining area and kitchen. Enjoy the full kitchen with new appliances, large living room with oversized sofa, big TV, wood burning fireplace, and a private outdoor patio with seating area.

Both bedrooms are ensuite with ample closet space – Bedroom 1 offers a king-sized bed with vaulted ceilings; Bedroom 2 offers a double over queen sized bunk bed. There is a large mud room located by the front door for easy baggage storage, shoes, and/or ski equipment.

We provide coffee, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and a fully stocked kitchen. We also provide shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, firewood, fire starter, and matches. Firewood is located on the deck.

Guest Access:
You will have the entire condo to yourself.

The HOA amenities are available to all guests staying at Aspen Creek. There are 3 jacuzzies, a sauna, pool (seasonal), community BBQ (seasonal), in-building laundry room with coin-machine, and trash room.

There are 2 parking passes permitted for this property. There is 1 assigned parking space in the garage (height limit 8'6) and overflow parking (readily available in summer) outside the garage. Please ensure parking passes are visible in your vehicle at all times and return them upon leaving the condo.
