    Enjoyed our stay as the condo was a short drive up to the lakes. The place is well appointed and very comfortable. The only negative was an inoperable ceiling fan which would have cooled the main living area down better than the portable fans that were available in the unit. All-in-all, my family and I were happy with our accommodations.

    We were happy woth property except when we booked it online it showed the third loft bedroom as having two seperate twin beds. When we got there it was two stacked beds and we had two single guys that were a pretty good size so their sleeping arrangements werent what we expected..so tg so theor sleeping arrangements

    Basically not impressed with the property mgmt company. They let us know the fireplace wasn't working and would be fixed the last day of our stay. No offer to discount our stay as that is one of the reasons I picked this place. They said they were fixing it but done on the last day and never reached out to say it was fixed until I did at 5pm. Poor communication. I've stayed at many Mountainback units and always had a great stay but because this one was managed by another company it was less than. The good: Lots of dishes, glasses,cups, pots & pans. Great location. Easy check in as no key necessary. The bad: Not enough seats at the table, dishwasher sketchy and when someone came to look at it she had no repair experience so it was her and I trying to figure it out. Really? Old info inside the condo. Get rid of it and leave it online. Closets full of stuff not being used. They needed to get rid of it so there is room for guest’s items, etc. Basically overpriced and not even an attempt at a 50.00 discount. The owners should know who is managing their place! If you want a lot of beds (4 couch) and bathrooms (3) and don't care about anything else for the price this place is for you.

    Very clean and comfortable space located in a convenient location for skiing. The platform of the management company with all of the rules were a little intimidating at first but we had a good stay and enjoyed our time in Mammoth. If you’re bringing more than one car, the overflow parking can get busy and full. That was the one inconvenience we experienced. Other than that, it was great and we recommend staying here. .

    Went on a trip with a few college buddies. Great access to finishing and the village, and great space, overall. Plus, having 3 bathrooms to 5 guys is always a plus. Very clean and comfortable. Loved the beds. Thanks!
