Master Bedroom Bathroom is En-Suite With a King Bed and New 28 ROKU Smart TV. Second Bedroom now has a Brand New Queen bed and One Twin Bed So Couples CanSleep Together in the Same Bed in the Secondary Bedroom. The Condo also has a Keurig & a Regular Coffee Maker.

The Living Area is Very Comfortable and Has a New 55 ROKU Smart TV and a Sleeper Sofa.

The Kitchen has Been Recently Remodeled With Granite Counter Tops, Large Island That Seats 4 and Stainless Steel Appliances.

Dining Area has an Expanding Table that Can Accommodate 8.

Hot Tub is now open year round. Also, pool is open Memorial Day to Labor Day and when Park City Mountain Resort is open for the Winter season. Dates TBD. Shoulder Season (off season) pool is not open per Edelweiss HOA. Please inquire with management with questions. Brand new gym facility on first floor of Building A. Please note that property does not have central A/C but has a portable A/C unit and several fans for summer.
