Walk to Ocean: Bright Daytona Beach Condo!

Great place to stay within budget

This was our second stay, we stayed once for bike week and this time for October fest. We love the many amenities, the location is AMAZING, you get both the sun set and sun rise, it's quiet, clean, and easily accessible. I find it is very reasonably priced and you honestly can't ask to be closer to the beach, it's just a few steps away.

This was our second stay here because we loved it so much the first time!! It is very very clean, the bed was comfy, it is nicely decorated and the host thinks of everything to make sure her guests are comfortable. Bring your clothes and go to the Publix about mile away for food/snacks and you are set for your time here. Beach chairs and toys, q-tips, washer/dryer, extra blankets, DVD's, floss sticks, shampoo, body wash, etc. This place is that well stocked!!! There are many restaurants nearby, several within easy walking distance. The oceanfront views are wonderful, we even watched the dolphins several mornings!If we ever return to this area we will definitely stay here again for the third time.The outside of the building is being rejuvenated but we barely noticed the workers. They were very respectful and appeared to take the guests time there in consideration while working. Kudos to the company doing the renovations!!!It is easy to get into the rental using a touch screen, we never once had an issue. Plenty of parking and not the tiny spaces you find at so many places. No worries about dings in your car.I needed to contact the host about one of the TV's not working and she responded within minutes and helped me get it working. Communication was excellent and fast!Having two bathrooms saved us time and the water pressure in the shower was very good.A huge thank you to our host Sandee for making our vacation a wonderful and stress free time!!!

The condo was beautiful! The view of the beach was stunning! The only issue was the pool was still not finished, which is nothing against the host. She was amazing, she was very responsive with any questions or concerns.

The condo was clean and well kept. Our only issues were the pool was not done and the ac in livingroom wasnt working. Overall the beach experience was nice. Would stay here again.

Prefect view of the ocean, condo had everything we needed for a weeks stay. Nice and clean, we enjoyed our week.

This very outdated and filthy complex is under construction with no pool or beach access. The condo wasn’t very clean but the bed is comfortable and the unit is well equipped with kitchen and beach needs.

We enjoyed week long stay at the Ocean Front condo on Dayton Shores. Great location - walk right to the beach.Condo is well maintained, clean, clear instructions for check-it and check-out. We had a question upon arrival, very fast response to resolve.The builiding is going thru renovations and the pool is not currently available. Did not hinder our trip at all - the beach was our preference. Full kitchen, nicely stocked, comfy bed and living room - smart TV'S are also a plus. Lots of other amenities. We would definitely return to this property. TIPS: Johnny Hulas for Tacos! Excellent fish tacos Hulls Seafood Restaurant for Grouper and if you like Italian, (can't remember name), the restaurant is walking distance.

My wife and I enjoyed the condo very much. It was well equipped with everything we needed and more than we expected. The host has thought of everything. The place is very clean and the views are amazing. We watched sunrises from one side balcony and sunsets from the other side. The only drawbacks would be the pool is still under restoration and the water pressure was rather low. Those were minor issues though. We would definitely book this place again....

Condo is very clean and came with tons of extras such as coffee, bathroom essentials, and beach items. Lots of extra towels which were appreciated. Pillows need to be replaced badly.

The place was nice and clean. It is on the beach with a great view. The unit had beach chairs (we never used) and plenty of extra amenities. Just realize the building is under construction from the hurricane so if you not willing to put up with a little inconvenience you should look for another place.

Great place, great view on the 7th floor. Woke up everyday to the sunrise from our beds. Convenient location to everything. Hope to be back next year. Thank you

Everything was perfection..nice to have written notes of things we would have needed, on little trouble was the building said pirates cove and we left the first time, but it was dark and hard to tell where we were. No complaints whatsoever. Truely enjoyed and would stay there again. Loved it!!

The condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Very relaxing to watch and listen to the ocean from the balcony which was easily accessed even in a wheelchair. Sandee, the host, was very responsive to text or calls. Great place to stay!

Heat didnt work in main room. Ran the heat in the bedroom to warm up the living room. Made the bedroom too hot.

Clean, cozy condo on 7 th floor of high rise in Daytona gives amazing view of Daytona shores! Two different decks available in this unit for the sensational view!Walked to many restaurants, easy touch pad for easy access to unit. Clean bed and pillows! Loved the toiletry options, you don’t need to bring much if you stay here.Would stay there again!

We traveled from Virginia to Florida for a week to celebrate New Year's and had selected this particular property . it looked exactly like the pictures. It was super plain period directly on the beach, with 2 balcony accesses period great internet Common easy parking, all the amenities in fairly centrally. Located period the owner, when above and beyond with respect to any questions, any questions we might have period the condo was impeccably decorated and had everything to entertain a complete family from toddler. My husband and I traveled from Minnesota for our 10 year wedding anniversary. It was the perfect get away for us. We will be back again!

Lovely condo! It was clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The sunsets were spectacular!

This condo was perfect! 7th floor oceanfront with 2 balconies and 2 bathrooms!!! Our host had everything we could possibly want and more. It was extremely clean, well decorated and felt so comfortable! The bed was very comfy, the kitchen had everything although we never cooked a single thing. I had a small problem operating the tv in the bedroom and Sandee was very prompt at responding and the problem was taken care of quickly. We could not have asked for a better host!!! She provided us with a great beach experience. We look forward to making a return visit and booking Sandee’s condo again!!!

It was an absolute fantastic stay. The pictures don’t even do it justice. The place has everything you could ever need!!! Will be staying here again!

The condo was very nice inside. It was very clean and I love the decorations. It was equipped with you need except food. Lovely view of the the beach. I definitely stay here again.
