Inside, the living area offers a cozy pellet fireplace, a mounted smart TV (plus DVD player), and a sleeper sofa for extra flexibility.The adjacent dining table seats 6 for meals or game nights, and the breakfast bar adds seating for 2.

The full kitchen features new appliances and is equipped with the basics you’ll need, including a dual single-cup/drip coffee maker and a toaster oven/air fryer. When it’s time to unwind, head to the communal outdoor pool and hot tub, or make use of the convenient on-site coin-operated laundry. A dedicated storage closet gives you a handy spot to stash ski gear. WiFi is provided, and the condo’s mountain setting adds to the classic Mammoth vibe.

Important Things to Note

• Parking: Garage parking for up to 2 vehicles. There is 1 assigned space for the unit and 1 additional unassigned space available on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking passes are required and will be inside the unit.

• Stairs: Stairs are required to access this home.

• Laundry: Coin-operated laundry facilities are available in the complex.

• WiFi: WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes’ remote mountain location, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.

• Communal amenities: The complex offers an outdoor pool and hot tub.

• Gear storage: A storage closet is available for use as a ski closet.

• Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly. Please do not bring pets. Evidence of pets may result in additional cleaning charges.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
