    I received several emails about the checkin and checkout process. That was very helpful! Here is the reason for the 3 star review.1. Bathroom floors were dirty.2. Pillows on the the bunks were dirty and there were hair balls on two of them.3. Keurig was broken.4. Several of the lights were out or didn’t work. For example, if the ceiling fan was on the light had to be on as well. Very odd.This kind of stuff should have been taken care of before we arrived, especially with all the fees (cleaning included) we have to pay.The location as loud. That’s not anyone’s fault at all! However, we wouldn’t choose this location again because of how loud it was.

    The property was in a great location and clean. Two suggestions for improvement - several of the kitchen utensils had broken handles which made them hard to use, and it would be great if body wash and better shampoo and conditioner were provided vs. a combo. Otherwise, it was great.

    We have gone to Angel Fire to ski for the last 4 Mardi Gras seasons!! This rental BY FAR has been the best we have stayed in. The proximity to the slopes, the lifts (my 3 year old grandson walked without complaining), the ski shops, the grocery store, etc are all within walking distance. The rental was EXACTLY as described. Super clean and very comfortable!!

    Overall great stay. Condo was clean, beds were comfy, the building was quiet and the location is great for the price. Couple things that brought it down: -We cooked most of our meals in the unit and some of the tools were lacking in that department. Cutting boards were TINY and knives were not at all sharp. Made cooking frustrating.-It would be nice to have SOME tv access supplied by the owner instead of having to log in to all my own subscription services.-Nothing the owner can do about it, but having to take the trash over to the dump (really close) was a hassleOverall, it was great for our needs! Thanks!

    Comfortable condo with everything we needed. Loved the proximity to the slopes and resort and also appreciated the covered parking and elevators. The second floor open loft was not our favorite as the lights and TV below disturbed the sleeping above. We would not recommend the spiral staircase for young children. Overall, we were pleased and would stay at this address again.

    We loved how close it was to the ski lift and that there is a parking garage. The interior was very clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable. We had a great time and would stay here again.
