Stayed Jan 26, 2026Craig the host, was helpful and responsive to my questions and requests. His management company, not so much. I found the kitchen amenities lacking. The refrigerator was only slightly larger than a hotel sized unit. There was no stove or oven, only a hotplate and frying pan. There wasn't even a toaster oven, only a 2 slice toaster. I inquired with the property management company about borrowing a toaster oven as I had brought food that needed to be baked and they told me none was available.

Stayed Jan 27, 2025Really great location. Seconds from the bus stop, grocery store, pharmacy, and several Sundance venues. The property is a bit dated but very clean. The club house, pool, and hot tubs were all clean and clearly maintenance every day by the property maintenance.

Stayed Jan 22, 2023Loved this little studio! Great for 2 people. Great location in Park City. It's a 10ish minute walk to the mountain but also next to two bus stops if you don't want to walk. The bus is easy to take to the mountain and to Main Street.

Stayed Jan 28, 2019We visited Park City for the Sundance Film Festival (and to do some skiing) and enjoyed our stay at this condo. The condo is ideally located for both activities - it's on one of the major Festival bus stops, and across the street from several theaters, as well as a large grocery store. It's also an easy bus ride to Park City and Deer Valley ski areas. We had a plumbing maintenance issue (early on a Saturday morning) and the management company was extremely responsive.

Stayed Jan 25, 2016Just see my review title...awesome location directly across Park Avenue for the Fresh Market, Rite Aid, Burger King, Starbucks, restaurants, the Yarrow and Holiday Cinemas (for those attending Sundance) with a bus stop at the entrance to the comples. Have been coming to Park City -and these condos- since 1980 and love it. Yes, they're a bit dated but I highly recommend them for, as they say, location, location, location...

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Communication with the owner was always easy and very quick. The property was great for what i needed. It was close to everything in Park City with the bus stopping directly out the front of the complex. Grocery store directly across the road and a very short walk up to the base of Park City Mountain Resort. During Sundance Film Festival the property is at the midpoint between all the venues which is also a big plus. The bed is a murphy bed (or wall bed) with an additional pull out sofa bed in the space. Overall I really enjoyed my stay. I feel it would be good for a couple but would be quite cosy for any more than two people. I would definitely return to this property.
